Right in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, in the Ainay district, on the peninsula south of Place Bellecour and north of the Lyon-Perrache train station. Come and discover Gusman, a 92 square meter apartment on the 4th floor, with elevator, in a Hausmann-style building.

Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A long corridor, with a closet just behind the front door.
- A separate toilet.
- A bathroom with sliding door, shower, washbasin, towel dryer and washing machine.
- A first bedroom overlooking the courtyard, with a 160*200 bed, a closet and a console.
- A kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, worktop, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and toaster. A table seating 4.
- A living room with an art deco fireplace, large storage cupboards, TV, wifi, a very comfortable sofa, all overlooking the inner courtyard.
- A second large bedroom with a 140*200 bed, closet and closet, a small office area for telecommuters, and a library.

The whole apartment overlooks the inner courtyard, and each room is independent, making this an atypical place to live. With its second-hand furniture, parquet flooring, art deco fireplace, wooden shutters and high ceilings, this apartment is ideal for long-term professional stays.

The area:
- Its main landmark is the Romanesque basilica of Saint-Martin d'Ainay, which is also home to Lyon's Musée des Tissus et des Arts décoratifs, and its main thoroughfare is the pedestrian Rue Victor-Hugo (shopping street). Most of the buildings in this bourgeois district were constructed during the Restoration period.
- Numerous art and antique galleries.
- Numerous local shops, where Lyon and French gastronomy are well showcased: bakeries, butchers, cheesemongers, delicatessens... restaurants, including L'école Vatel, coffee shops, tearooms...

Transport :
- Metro line A: Ampère Victor Hugo stop
- Metro line D: Bellecour
- Nearest train station on foot in 5 minutes or one metro stop on line A. Gare de Lyon Perrache.
- Saint-Exupéry airport in 30 minutes with the Rhône express from Part- Dieu station.
