Annecy La Belle

Très bon séjour à Annecy et ses environs. De belles randonnées autour du Lac, et une pureté de l'eau incroyable. Paysages neigeux.

Correct pour la propreté

Le bemol c est pour arriver a l appartement après 11h impossible d y aller avec la voiture. Obligés de la mettre au parking payant de l hôtel de ville tout notre séjour. Pas pour rien aucun parkings gratuit dans la ville. Autrement tres bon séjour

Joli logement tres bien situé

Propre, fonctionnel, en plein centre ville. Parking juste a côté avec des tarifs corrects pour plusieurs jours. 2eme etage sans ascenseur donnant sur une rue piétonne. Restaurants et vieille ville très proche. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appart très chouette très bien placé

Appartement spacieux et confortable. Il jouit d'un emplacement au coeur de la vieille ville qui rendra votre séjour plus qu'agréable. L'appartement est moderne et bien équipé. Cependant il gagnerait à être mieux équipé parfois (torchons, maniques pour le four, tapis de bain, ustensiles de cuisine..). Malgré cela n'hésitez en aucun cas à choisir cet appartement. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !! Eliot et Sarah

Randonnées, balades autour du lac et visite de la ville Appartement très bien situé Petit conseil si vous êtes en voiture, prenez le parking de l'hôtel de ville

Annonce à améliorer

Le logement ne correspond pas à l'annonce. Ce n'est pas un loft avec 1 chambre mais 1 studio. Il n'y a pas de lit+ canapé mais juste un canapé lit. Attention stationnement payant en plus de votre location. Pas de stationnement à proximité. Porte d'entrée difficile à identifier ( entrée partagée avec un restaurant). Environnement très bruyant dès 6 heures du matin.

Appartamento appena ristrutturato in pieno centro storico nella bellissima cittadina di Annecy. L'ingresso dell'appartamento è su Piazza Notre Dame in corrispondenza dell'ingresso del ristorante Le T Quatre (lo scrivo perché dalle indicazioni e foto del sito non era chiaro). Per raggiungere l'appartamento occorre salire una scala. L'appartamento luminoso si affaccia su una strada che conduce verso il lago. Perfetto per due persone ed elegantemente arredato. Unico neo, due sole salviette per il bagno e la doccia e nessun tappetino. Comunque, nel complesso, più che buona soluzione, soprattutto per la posizione veramente perfetta, vicino ai punti più belli della città e non lontano (5 minuti a piedi) da un parcheggio cittadino a pagamento molto capiente proprio in riva al lago. Consigliato.

séjour réussi

Logement parfaitement situé au coeur de la vieille ville d'Annecy. Nous pensions connaitre la vieille ville d'Annecy mais la situation de ce logement nous a permis de découvrir de nombreux endroits typiques. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Trés propre et bien agencé. Nous retenons cette adresse pour nos futures escapades dans la région.
