A condo with a peak a small view of the Ocean. Condo has potential, but extremely disappointing in cleanliness and furnishings. No sheets on secondary bed, had to buy some. Walked in and the condo reeked of heavy cigarette smoke, took two days to clear. No basics in kitchen like clean linens, a stopper for the kitchen sink no top for the salt shaker! Kitchen was filthy when we arrived, cleaned dishes and cutlery again because of soiling, surprised due to Covid regulations. Scrubbed stove and broiling pan horribly dirty. Paco promised to drop by with a kitchen stopper and never did. Outside furniture coverings old and soiled, sat in a broken chair covered by a pad, whole thing crumpled, could have been cut or injured if I was a bigger person. Main couch inside stank and felt greasy and dirty, had to cover it with towels to sit on it. Pictures look nice, wood detailed doors etc, ten minute drive from major beaches. Upgrading some furniture decent beds and attention to normal details expected in a VRBo would give this property a higher rating. Will not return here or recommend it to friends.
