New apartment, located on the third floor of a quiet and secure residence, equipped with an air-conditioned bedroom, a large dressing room with its mirror, a private bathroom, a large living room with a kitchen area and large Smart TV lounge screen. You will be able to connect without problem with your Netflix Disney accounts … the internet is of good quality 20MB.

The kitchen is well equipped, the appliances are all new, the crockery is provided in sufficient quantity for two people and can allow us to receive 2 other visitors without problem. The washing machine is discreetly installed under the stairway leading to the roof terrace. The latter is accessible but is not equipped now.

Included in the Price for a minimum of 8 nights: Internet Wi-Fi, local cable TV, Housekeeping entry, exit and one time in the middle of your stay with change of bed linen. If necessary, a washing machine is available for your personal laundry and the rest of the household linen, such as towels, swimming pool or kitchen towel. Gardener and pool maintenance. Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your charge during your stay. We check the meter on arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatts is invoiced to you at the legal rate in force in the village. This sum is recovered in cash the day you leave the house. A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes, and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.

I take advantage of this description to remind you that this apartment is integrated in residential closed by a gate with a common swimming pool.

We ask you to respect the neighbors. It is forbidden to come with speakers and listen to loud music. From 10 p.m. all noise must be stopped in order to respect everyone's rest.
