THE BEACH HOUSE ON PRIMO is the entire duplex building consisting of Dolphin, a ground floor 2 bedroom 1 bath unit and Mermaid the upper unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Each unit has its own kitchen, living room and dining area. Mermaid has two balconies one facing east to welcome the day watching the sunrise, The other facing West to enjoy the sunset. Waterfront with resort style pool and spa. 900 feet from the beach, around the corner from Margaretville and Downtown Entertaiment Area. FMBSTR #22-0101/0102

Amazing Vacation!
Amazing experience! We spent four nights here and the house is beautiful. Great location, hosts very accommodating and responsive. House is well stocked with essentials needed for a long term stay. Great backyard and dock area for boating all weekend. Can’t wait to return for another fun filled weekend.

Great location and property, had a few issues upstairs is very hard to keep below 75 degrees so it’s gets very room in the afternoon. We were sent the wrong address so it took quite awhile to get that straightened out. Location is perfect to beach and time square.

Wonderful Place
I have stayed at alot of homes but this was the best. We had 2 kitchens 2 living areas, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths along with 2 couches that made into beds. Great location to walk to everything.
