Could be a great property
This is a nice house but needs some work and things need repaired. The pool was great. The pool man was there every morning taking care of it. But nothing else outside worked. There was a hot tub, (pool man said they were waiting for a part to fix it), no gas for the grill. There was a great outside area to cook at, but it didn't work. There was garbage left on the patio, and around the pool. Inside, the knobs were broken off the showers, toilet paper holders were broken and the kitchen was not supplied with a decent skillet to cook in. The front door would not lock and when we contacted the host, he said he would come to look at it, but never did. If you locked the door from the inside ,the code didn't work to get back in. For the rental price we paid, I think things should have been well taken care of. The property was pet friendly though, and we did appreciate that . This could be a great property, but needs work!!
