Whether you are on an all-American road trip down Route 66, working a long nursing contract, or stopping on your way to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, or the Colorado River, we invite you to cook dinner in the spotless kitchen, relax on the velvet sofa and watch a movie, lather up in the oversized shower, snuggle into brand new, crisp white sheets, then sleep in behind blackout roller shades.

Great size house

Quiet neighborhood, easy to get around town from the location. House was a nice size, kitchen was well appointed and had eveything we needed. Juan was very quick to response to our needs. I would definately stay here again

It’s an Okay Place

The house was very clean and in a very central location which was great.We did have an issue with how the house was stocked!There was almost nothing to cook with no pots or pans no kind of mixer etc etc.Also there was nothing in the backyard but an old barbecue and nothing else. .

Family Time

We rented the house in order to spend time with our son who lives in Kingman. Traveling with an infant, we really appreciated use of the washer and dryer. Kitchen was a good size forfamily meals.

Great place to stay in Kingman

This is a new home in a great quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and the owner had snacks in tbt kitchen and bottled water in the fridge. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back when traveling through Kingman again.

Grand Canyon

It was a great house to stay in to go to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Las Vegas within 2 to 3 hours of everything. Enjoyed the stay and house.

Perfect house.

The house was great. Very clean, spacious, comfortable. Each room has its own TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment. The house is new and there is nothing that could be improved. Maybe only the backyard would need chairs and a table.

We enjoyed our brief stay, wish our trip would have allowed an extra night in Kingman! The home is great: 3 spacious bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/family room. It was perfect for 2 adults and 3 teen boys.
