I had an amazing experience staying at this VRBO! Everything was exactly as described—or even better. The property was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was communicative and helpful, making the check-in process super smooth. Spring break

We had a great experience and the host were very involved and informative. They were flexible to accommodate our needs and let us book last minute an extra day due to tornadoes back home! The house was wonderful and spacious. We had two families staying and we could move around comfortably without disturbing the other. The theater room was great for family movie night and I would highly recommend staying again!

Great Stay

Plenty of rooms for me and my friends who came down to go to Universal!! The beds were comfortable!! I would say make sure you bring your own toiletries like shampoo and conditioner we had a problem with the projector screen, but it was due to a wire and they got it fixed the very next day so that was pretty awesome !

We had the best experience from booking the home, being in touch with homeowners and checking out! House was perfect! Zero complaints! Definitely highly recommend! My family and I loved all the areas especially the pool/ hot tub and movie theater, so cool!

Beautiful home!

The home was beautiful and very clean. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the other amenities that was at the home but we spend all day swimming at the pool. Very close to Disney Sprimg and other local shops.

Great place to stay!

We loved staying here and wish we had a lot more time to truly enjoy all the amenities the property and resort had to offer. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again if we ever go back to Orlando.

Great Accommodations!

We had a great time at the house. Rooms were well furnished. House was clean. Plenty of room for 8+ people and still have some privacy. Theater and pool table were a big hit. Pool table does need a little tlc. End rail is starting to wear down. The community was super peaceful. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but not so far to make it too far away. Would recommend.

Wonderful home for multiple families!

We had a great stay in Champions Gate. The hosts were fantastic and the communication was top notch. Everything was clean and as pictured! The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the theater, game room and pool. The house is located in a very safe, gated community. We loved our time in Florida and would absolutely stay in this home or any home managed by Dan and Ryan!

The pictures are accurate, the space was AMAZING. A few hiccups shortly after check in, but quickly resolved by property management. If you decide to stay, definitely ask your host where's the best place to get ice cream, you won't regret it!

FAMILY FUN HOUSE

Ryan & Dan were fantastic hosts! Their response time was quick, and was extremely accommodating to our needs/request! Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful! The details of the operation of the house/ how to use….hot tub, movie theater, and all the light switches being labeled was much appreciated! The property is absolutely one of the best we have stayed in yet! Pictures on the internet do not do this property justice- definitely WOW factor! We visited with our big fun loving family and this house did not disappoint! The king size beds were great and in almost every room which is hard time find with other properties! The kitchen is spacious, well presented, and has everything you need! Our entire family highly recommends this property! We are already planning our next staycation at this little gem we were blessed to find! Again, Ryan & Dan were hands down the best hosts we have ever interacted with! If you are reading this review….. I suggest you book immediately!! 😁😁

Grandson 12th birthday party

This was a great short vacation I had mostly kids the house was beautiful and clean the best game room I’ve ever seen!!! Bedrooms ALL nice my host was the best I stayed in communication with my host for everything! I’ve told All my friends to try and get this home for a great getaway, and the neighborhood had a very nice water park. We all enjoyed it. I will put in again for this home ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Family Getaway

House was big enough for our 2 families, total of 10 people, and provided everything we needed during our stay. Communicating with Dan was a breeze, and he was quick to answer any questions/concerns. One negative to mention is the smell of wet dog which we discovered was the carpeting on the stairs. Not sure what's going on there, but we tried to air out. It was particularly noticeable when you walk in everytime you stepped outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the pool!

Something for everyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hero Academy. The property is clean, comfortable, and well-planned. There is something for every age, from the pool to the theater to the game room to the cozy sitting areas. There is so much to do you will not want to leave. I highly recommend this luxurious vacation rental. I also need to mention the communication with the property and owners was exceptional!

Truly Tough to Leave This House

This home truly has a great deal to offer for the price. We had a very large family Thanksgiving holiday and we could not have been happier. Dan and Ryan were always responsive to any inquiries and top notch hosts. Many family members lived in the hot tub and pool and the outdoor seating made taking advantage of the outdoors for gathering and dining, ideal. The evenings were spent in the incredible Theater Room taking in movies and watching football on Thanksgiving day. The Kitchen is well equipped, making Thanksgiving dinner for 16 a breeze. We had planned on some outings and playing some golf, but the home kept us in place. You will not be sorry with selecting this home for a family vacation.

Family vacation retreat

Had a wonderful time at the home. Check in was a breeze and communication with the Dan was super easy before and during the trip. It was great to have en-suite for all of the bedrooms (except for the super hero room and one of the king bedrooms upstairs…we just had them share). Access to the clubhouse was a breeze (although we just went there to enjoy the pool and lazy river). Would recommend to families.

Last minute saviors

Dan & Ryan were saviors for our family trip. At the last minute our previous reservation canceled the day before our check in date due to some unexpected issues with the house. We were already on our way to Florida when this happened. Dan & Ryan came through last minute for our family to have a place to stay for our family vacation. The house is really nice. Everyone enjoyed the pool, game room, movie room and community amenities. We really did not want to leave. The house was supplied with everything we needed for our week long stay. Any questions I had, received a response always within 5 minutes. Will definitely book with Dan & Ryan again in the future. Thanks again Dan & Ryan for helping to make our family vacation a magical experience.
