Very nice apartment in a great location

Penthouse apartment as described in a wonderful part of Paris. Lots of windows create a very bright atmosphere. 2 things to keep in mind before booking - the apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, and the second bedroom is best suited for a child rather than an adult. Very nice host, great communication. Would book again.

Great cozy place in a super nice neighborhood

The place had all we needed, a double bed plus a single bed in a separated room, a comfortable couch, it was perfectly comfortable for three people. The neighborhood is lovely, it's a lively area with plenty of places to eat and a grocery store and a cafe right in front of the house. The city center can be reached in 20 minutes with public transport. The host was super available at all time and willing to make accommodations for us. Only one small thing, the house is at the 6th floor with no elevator. It wasn't a problem to us at all, but keep that in mind in case that's a problem to you. Other than that, amazing place and super nice host, I'd surely recommend it!

Séjour très agréable !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement (un adulte et 2 enfants de 10 et 15 ans). L'appartement est étonnement calme pour Paris, très lumineux, bien agencé et équipé. Bonus : une belle vue dégagée (dernier étage sans ascenseur). On s'y sent comme "chez soi". A proximité des transports en commun. Boulangerie et supérette au pied de l'immeuble. Quartier animé et agréable. Communication fluide avec Catherine, notre hôte. Bref, nous aurons plaisir à y séjourner à nouveau !
