Landhuis San Stefano

Het huis ligt heel rustig, je hoort en ziet niemand. We moesten even wennen want het is heel oud maar charmant. Echter de wc spoelde niet door en douchen is behelpen tussen twee douchegordijnen in. Ja voor ons geen probleem maar het is eigenlijk niet geschikt voor de verhuur op deze manier. Ik vind het heel sneu voor de eigenaar die ik niet gezien heb maar zo kun je het niet verhuren al hebben we niet geklaagd en alles went! We hebben het ondanks alles fijn gehad en er zijn ergere dingen.

Enjoyable stay, beautiful quiet location

Very attractive well-equipped apartment, situated in a very quiet hamlet with beautiful nearby walks. We had difficulty lighting the hob when we arrived and needed assistance from a neighbour. Unfortunately the toilet flush was also not working properly during our stay and we needed to use a bucket to flush. Despite this, we really enjoyed our few days here. It would be helpful to have some printed information provided for guests to explain how to light the hob, who to ask for help, and local maps showing footpaths etc so visitors can make the most of their stay.

Genuine old farmhouse experience

The property is in a tiny Tuscan hamlet. Scenery pretty with olive trees, vineyard and trees rather than the softer green rolling landscapes. It’s more isolated but if you don’t mind driving about a half hour to other aights and a possible route of a mile or so on an unpaved road, and are content with a pretty view through old wood shuttered windows and very charming country decor, this is a good choice. Toilet doesn’t flush well but we didn’t mind filling pots of water from the sink. Kitchen utensils well stocked.gas stove a bit quirky to light. No microwave or electric toaster but fridge was good. We enjoyed the country feel. It’s very atmospheric and spotlessly clean. Bring your own coffee, food etc. Grocery in village about 2 K away.

Gîte rural charmant

Le gîte est rénové avec goût en gardant l’esprit de la maison. Ma sœur et moi-même avons retrouvé l’esprit des maisons de notre enfance. Bon séjour, emplacement idéal pour se promener dans la toscane. Jolie vue sur la campagne environnante.

Super schöne Aussicht

Wir wohnten mitten auf einem hübschen Berg zwischen Oliven und Weinbergen. Bei schönem Wetter eine beeindruckende und weite Sicht. Der Weg in den ländlichen Raum ist gut angebunden. Die vielen Ausflüge in die verschiedenen Städte in der Toskana waren ebenfalls sehr schön und gut zu erreichen.

Großartig, aber nur mit Auto

Die Lage für sich ist wunderbar, jedes Fenster lädt zu Fotos nutzbar für einen Toskana-Kalender ein. Die Einrichtung wurde von uns geliebt: 1. Ein feiner Wohnraum mit älteren Möbeln, in dem man sitzt, ohne mehr zu wünschen, dem man in jedem Detail liebevolle Einrichtung sieht. 2. Das Schlafzimmer: Prima Bett. Schöne weitere Ausstattung mit gar einer Waschmöglichkeit. 3. Badezimmer: Etwas schmal, etwas feucht im Übergang Toilette -Dusche. Mehr ist aber wohl nicht möglich bei diesem Haus und dieser Lage. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter immer schön und schnell. Kurzum: Eine 1a feine Wohnung, in schönster Lage, die ich nur aus zwei Gründen nicht ganz weiter empfehlen kann. 1. es braucht ein Auto. 2. Ich, wir, möchten wahrscheinlich wieder dahin - und deshalb sollen es nicht andere buchen. Dr. Michael Buhr

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - die Wohnung hat sehr viel Charme und wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Darüber hinaus war der Vermieter außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Es war definitiv ein Glücksgriff.

Traumhaftes Kleinod

Ganz in der Nähe von Siena und zugleich wunderbar ruhig und abgelegen bietet diese schöne Unterkunft einen zauberhaften Startpunkt für kurze und längere Ausflüge in die schönsten Orte der Toskana. Sowohl ein Ausflug an den Strand nach Cecina, wie auch ausgiebige Stadttouren nach Siena, Florenz und San Gimignano und abendliche Besuche der nahe gelegenen Terme di Petriolo haben uns eine Woche wie einen Monat erscheinen lassen. Unbedingte Empfehlung.

Wundervolle Haus-Wohnung

Es ist ein Kleinod, eine Entdeckung, wenn man die schwere Holztür öffnet, hinter der eine steile Steintreppe in eine große, Deckenhohe, wundervolle, sehr stilvolle, italienische Wohnung führt. Steinfußboden mit rotem Muster, toskanischen Kacheln im Bad, und wenn man dann die grünen Fensterläden öffnet, blickt man von jedem Zimmer weit weit über das toskanische Land. Grillen zirpen. Der Ort besteht aus ca. drei weitern Steinhäusern. Stille. Abgeschiedenheit. Blutroter Sonnenuntergang. Im Fenster sitzen, Rotwein trinken, SEIN. Einfach Erholung pur. Romantik pur. Nach Siena einen Tagesausflug planen, einmal vielleicht an den Strand fahren, schlafen, lesen, Spaziergänge ins nächste Dorf zum Supermarkt oder in den Wald,eine kleine Wanderung. Es ist unbeschreiblich schön. Vielen Dank Maurizio!

Typisch Toskana

Schönes Haus, gut eingerichtet und liegt in einem ruhigen Weiler südlich von Siena. Die Grösse ist ideal für 2 Personen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Siena, San Gimigliano und die Weingebiete Chianti und Brunello.

Beste Erholung in wunderbarer Umgebung

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus in wunderbarer und ruhiger Umgebung nahe Casciano di Murlo. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für vielerlei Unternehmungen in der Region Siena.

Sistemazione perfetta

La casa è stile antico ma molto confortevole e la posizione strategica permette di visitare un sacco di cose nei dintorni. A 5 km c’è una piscina in un campeggio ed a 3 km un centro equitazione ben organizzato.

Die ursprüngliche Toskana

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem winzigen Weiler, der aber so charakterisch für die Gegend südlich von Siena ist, dass man sich auf der Stelle wohl fühlt. Eingebettet in Olivenhaine und Weinanbau einerseits und wilde Bergnatur andererseits. In der Wohnung ist nichts zu viel und nichts zu wenig. Sehr geschmackvoll. Wer die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist hier genau richtig. In 2.5 km Entfernung gibt es einen kleinen Ort mit den wichtigsten Geschäften. In wenigen Minuten ist man auf der Autostrada Siena-Grosseto.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in perfekter Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und herrlich ruhig. Der schöne Blick aus dem Fenster und das stilgerechte Interior ergänzen sich perfekt. Die Kommunikation verlief immer zeitnah und unkompliziert. Nochmal vielen Dank!

Un lieu idéal

C est un endroit merveilleux avec une vue imprenable sur les collines toscanes ! On a adoré ! Le supermarché est à 2km il est donc possible de s y rendre à pied. Pour les visites Sienne, Volterra,San Gimignano et tous les jolis villages accrochés aux collines, le gîte est idéalement situé ! Il y a aussi tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. C était un bon moment !!

4 bellissimi giorni in Toscana

Siamo stati molto bene, la casa è rustica ma allo stesso tempo confortevole ed elegante. Molto bello l'ambiente cucina soggiorno, con uno splendido camino. Noi eravamo in 4 e in due abbiamo dormito nel divano letto davanti al camino (purtroppo un pò piccolo e scomodo), magari la prossima volta prendiamo anche la camera del piano terra... La casa si trova in un piccolo borghetto abitato da 4/5 famiglie, la famiglia della Sig.ra Roberta che ci ha accolto è sempre stata gentilissima e cordiale. Unica pecca della vacanza: il cane dei vicini, tutte le mattine abbaiava come se non ci fosse un domani e i proprietari del cane non hanno mai fatto nulla per zittirlo.
