sehr enttäuschend

Leider war das Wasser des Pools total verschmutzt und grün und konnte folglich nicht genutzt werden. Auch die Liegen, war nur noch kaputte Gestelle, die man nicht benutzen konnte.

Catastrophique

Nous sommes arrivés à 22h30 devant la villa et elle était déjà loué . Nous sommes restées sur le trottoir sans avoir de logement après avoir fait 750 kms. Le propriétaire des lieux n’est pas descendu de sa terrasse et nous a laissé sur le trottoir sans nous trouver de solution. C’est catastrophique et honteux . Personne à proscrire . Je ne recommande pas du tout cette personne qui a été sans gêne. Cette personne a effectué du surbooking . De plus j’avais été débité du montant de la location . J’ai prévenu Abritel mais aucune démarche a été effectué . Décevant .
