I didn’t stay at the property because the host had cancelled the reservation.

The property reservation was cancelled a couple of hours before the reservation time. I have received a full refund for it but that doesn’t make up for the planning we had done weeks in advance to stay close to the strip. I had a bad experience with this host and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do a booking with this property unless you’re okay with the host cancelling on you a day before the reservation.

Great location, nice pool, smooth check-in

We’ve stayed at this property before, 1st time through this owner. The process was smooth, check-in was quick, room was nice. I like the security before the elevators. Location is great, just a short walk through the mall and you’re on the strip.

Location Location Location

Property is attached to the Planet Hollywood Miracle Mile Mall. Parking is free at the mall, plus tons of food choices available at the mall at reasonable prices. The view is unbeatable we were on the 39th Floor and could see New Years Fire Works from the room and the wall to wall windows The host communicated multiple times to confirm we were not having any issues which is appreciated.

Enjoyed our stay

Once you check in, they have you visit the concierge for some coupons and also try to get you to sit in on a timeshare presentation. Because it is a timeshare don't expect your room to have the Vegas hotel room aesthetics or themed decor. For us it was perfect. The room was clean and supplied everything we needed for our short stay. The room has a microwave and kitchenette which includes a dishwasher, dishes, silverware, dish and dishwasher soap. Our view wasn't the greatest, but we did have a good view of the Eiffel Tower. The view was not a big deal since we were not planning to sit and stare out the window the whole time. Hotel access was either from Harmon or via Miracle Mile shops. You are able to enter from the Miracle Mile Shops after hours (10pm) using your room key. If you are heading to the Las Vegas Blvd from the hotel via Miracle Mile, expect between and 5-10 min walk depending on your speed, and if you don't stop and go into one of the great shops in the mile. A few things to consider, they only have king beds with a pullout Queen sofa and check-out time is 10 am not 11 am which was listed on my reservation. Call the front desk if you need a late check out. Overall, a great option. Prices depend on the owner and when we booked it was a great rate considering how busy that weekend was.
