One of my favorite rentals ever!

This house was perfect for our visit to Flagstaff! Our group of 6 adults had more than enough room. The house was fully equipped, super clean, seemed brand new! We enjoyed the open layout downstairs, and all the privacy upstairs in the bedrooms. The master bedroom/bath were huge! We also enjoyed the game room. The location was close enough to downtown, but far enough out to be a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Fabulous Home!

The house is absolutely beautiful and the whole process from booking to arrival to departure was a breeze. The house has absolutely everything you need! Just minutes from NAU in a beautiful new neighborhood. We absolutely recommend this house and this Property Management Company, and we will stay here again on our next trip! Nice condo in newer area convenient to downtown

The condo was furnished nicely, and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. it would have been nice to have a booklet/folder with operational instructions for the T.V as we could not get the sound to work. Also, the Keurig was fine, but no variety of coffee (i.e. decaf), and the small drip coffee maker needs to be replaced. Good location and very quiet neighbourhood.

A Family Friendly Spot

My family and I spent a week here. The townhouse is spacious with everything you’d need. The game room was a delight for my kids as was the park that was walking distance. A great stay!

Great area and new homes!

Second summer staying in this neighborhood, love the area and new homes. This house was as described, clean and still had that new home smell! Only issue we had was the garage door remote/code. It's not provided so you have to park in front of house or drop someone in front to go through and open garage - which is around the back of the house.

Great location and wonderful home!

The stay was great, easy check in, and very clean home. My biggest complaint is that there is a fireplaces with no directions on how to use it. Our check in manual gave us incorrect directions and I reached out to the host and they were very slow to respond and never helped solved our situation. It was a disappointment that there was an amenity we couldn’t use due to the lack of helpfulness and responsiveness of the host.
