This boaters paradise is a peaceful retreat that abuts a coastal salt marsh brimming with local wildlife and a variety of singing birds. Double decked, the house provides stunning 2nd-floor vistas with sweeping sea views of Sandy Point Island, Watch Hill R.I, Nappatree Point and Little Narragansett Bay. The 1st-floor deck provides a peek-a-boo view of the sea as well a spectacular view of the salt marsh where Great Egrets and Great Blue Herons live.

*Ample off street parking for cars and trailered boats & water sport toys* - Very hard to find in the Boro and a great amenity! (most homes only have street parking)

Lovely Stay
We just returned from a last minute weekend trip to Stonington. We had a great visit. House is as advertised and exceeded our expectations. The view from the deck is so nice. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great location to walk into town. Communication is great, although we had no concerns or need to reach out. We will stay again.

Great House in Stonington CT
Very nice, clean house that is a short walk to the town of Stonington Ct. It was great to walk around town that has a many great restaurants and then relax on the deck of the house with a very nice water view.

Lovely home in the Borough
We had another great stay at Kuppa’s, our third. His house is well located for walks to town and with beautiful views from the upper deck. We especially enjoyed the large, main floor deck where we spent many hours relaxing. The house is very comfortable and well equipped.

Loved Stonington
We loved our stay in Stonington. It is such a cute Connecticut costal town with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is small and quaint but there are obviously tons of beaches within a 15 min drive if you are seeking more excitement. We loved sitting out on the porches bird watching and taking in the sunset. Thank you again!

exceptional generosity of host
Loved the location: could walk to downtown Stonington and the beach easily. The walk was wonderful too, passing each unique home after home, in lovely neighborhoods. When first arriving, we discovered a major leak in the sink. With approval of host, we contacted local plumber who was planning to make emergency visit. While waiting, we took a crack at fixing it ourselves & voila, we did it. The host was so pleased, he extended our stay by 2 days with no cost! Favorite part of home was huge family room occupying most of the floor adjacent to perfect kitchen. Attached was wide deck overlooking tidal pool flora with many birds.

Perfection with ocean view and short walk to enchanting Stonington.
The house was beautifully set up for our family of six with a super comfortable and welcoming living area where we could all hang out. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the beautiful decks with ocean views were a major bonus. Stonington is completely charming so we could just have a fun little wander into town to check out all of the incredible pocket gardens in the beautiful borough or have a fantastic meal or check out the shops without it feeling at all overrun when we were there over the labor day weekend. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, it really felt like we were staying at a friends place. We messed up and left a wallet there and the host quickly facilitated our recovering it which was a huge relief after an initial panic. Huge bonus points for the Tesla charger allowing me to charge my EV!

A hidden gem in the Borough
What a great place to stay for a weekend trip to Stonington Borough. My friends and I rented the house for a golf weekend and had a great time. Kuppu was incredibly communicative and promptly replied to any and all of my questions. The views from the property are great and you’re within walking distance of everything the Borough has to offer — a 10/10 experience.

Great spot in the Borough
This was our second stay here. We really appreciated the improvements made! New slipcovers, new professionally made window treatments, new paint and new Mitsubishi AC/heat units throughout the house. Really love the big, comfortable deck where we spent most of our time and also being able to easily walk into town. Thanks to Kuppu for sharing his home with us!

Girls weekend to mystic
Amazing. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. Every detail was attended to, including things we had not even planned for: baby-proofing supplies, pet necessities, health needs. Absolutely wonderful. Very easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all messages. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Spacious and comfortable. We had an amazing, relaxing weekend and felt very safe and secure. I cannot recommend this property enough. Thank you so much!

The absolute best all around
Kappu’s home was absolutely perfect! Large, spacious, spotless! It was so easy to communicate with the owners and they are so friendly. I stayed with myself and my bridesmaids the day before my wedding and the house fit everyone comfortably. Nice and cold AC downstairs! Such a warm welcome. The desk was a beautiful spot to hang out on.

Home base in Stonington Borough
Lovely quiet home with large deck and open kitchen great for entertaining a larger group. Upstairs master with great soaking tub and shower. We love using this as our home base for family adventures in the area- beach, seaport, sailing, swimming. We have family in the area and this has been a great home base for all. And very accommodating and gracious host!

A Wonderful Seaside Getaway
This is a beautiful property in a wonderful coastal setting. First, a few thoughts about the location. We loved sitting on the deck listening to the sounds of Stonington Harbor, the wind rattling the cattails in the nearby marsh, and occasionally even the surf breaking on the shore. Watch Hill Light sits just across the water and is a short drive away with the promise of the best lobster rolls we look forward to every summer at a certain deli on Bay Street. This is a truly peaceful spot and great place for sitting under the umbrella reading a book or just staring at the Purple Martins flying over their natural surroundings. The tranquility is broken only occasionally by the passing Acela train (which is surprisingly quiet and reminded me why a younger version of myself loved trains so much). Several excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance, and (as we discovered because most in Stonington seem to be closed on Mondays) Mystic and Noank are just a short drive away. Stonington's town beach is very nice and also within walking distance, but for the classic New England beach day, we went to Misquamicut State Beach in Rhode Island with big surf and a lot of fun. Later that night, we were treated to fireworks over Watch Hill from the house deck. What a great day! The house: its just what we wanted for the week. Clean, comfortable and cool. It is well-appointed with great furnishings. We didn't do much cooking on this trip, but the kitchen has just about everything we have at home. We did especially appreciate the pantry items available in the cupboards and refrigerator so we didn't have to go find a grocery store immediately after arrival. (We eventually discovered the general store on Water Street - also a short walk.) The host is very helpful and responsive. In sum, we had a great time and look forward to returning someday.

Kuppu was a great property manager! Super kind and helpful. Fabulous location and stellar price. We had a blast. Great for a girls weekend away. Not to get too nit picky, but the walls were a little oddly banged up/dirty. Everything else was clean though. Linens were fresh.

Very Spacious and Beautiful House
Kuppu and his wife are super friendly and accommodating. This house was perfect setup for celebrating my daughter's birthday with her friends. The living room is very spacious. I brought a projector to watch movie at the living room. The kids really enjoy it. The house is exactly what we ask for and more. The only thing caveat is that the downtown Stonington is too quiet. However, I drove the girls to Mystic Downtown which is only 15 minutes drive and they love it! Thank you Kuppu for letting us stay at your beautiful house.
