This condo features a shaded balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico, easy boardwalk access to the white sugar sand, and complimentary seasonal beach service to make your stay all the more relaxing.
This second-floor condo has been richly furnished in elegant neutral tones, offering beautiful tile floors, central air conditioning, and a pair of chandeliers that punctuate the main living space. After a day spent out on the beach, you can come home to flip on the big-screen TV, collapse into a plush seat in the living room, and turn on the electric fireplace for some added ambience. Just beyond the sliding glass doors, the balcony offers additional space to lounge and dine.
The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring high-end stainless steel appliances (including a double-door refrigerator, a professional-grade gas range, and a dishwasher) and an island breakfast bar for four. The adjacent open dining room provides seating for eight and a separate wet bar for all of your entertaining needs. The three bedrooms include a spacious primary suite with a private bathroom and direct balcony access.
The expansive grounds offer three pools with waterfalls and fountains, two hot tubs, seasonal gas firepits, gas grills, a well-appointed gym, a virtual golf facility, and a theater room. You can fish or kayak in the neighboring coastal dune lake or stroll to the beach without ever leaving the property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
