Summary:
It is so cozy, you will feel at home. Being in the center of San Pedro Garza Garcia, you will find art and culture in any corner, as well as great variety of fonditas and restaurants. You will love our apartment for the location, the views of the city and how cozy it is.

The Space:
Excellent location for travel the city by walking / uber / public transport. The decor is modern and cozy, you will feel at home.

It is ideal for couples or independent travelers, the bed in the room is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and the place is ideal to hang out. The plants and chairs on the terrace make the perfect time to enjoy the afternoon talking and living together.

The whole area is lit to read a book, or sit down to drink a good coffee. Our sofa is quite spacious and comfortable works well for use as additional bed.

The smart gateway synchronizes with your cell phone. So forget the worry of losing the key;)

Guest Access:
Everything you have in your house, you will have it here: bed linen, towels, hair dryer, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave, air conditioning, heating, WIFI, washing machine and dryer, etc

The Neighborhood:
It is the folkloric zone of SPGG; Small houses, friendly neighbors, ice cream truck and corner shops.

You will see neighbors walking around the area with children or walking their dogs. The houses are old but the area is safe and our vigilante is pending from 8pm to 6am we also have security cameras 24 hrs

Getting Around:
From here you can easily move to the main places of San Pedro. Two blocks away is Alfonso Reyes Avenue that can take you to: squares, super markets and convenience stores. You can even transfer by public transport throughout the municipality and reach main avenues at a minimal cost.

Other Things to Note:
We do not have strict rules. We just want you to treat our apartment and our neighbors as if they were yours.
For everyone's sake, make responsible use of electricity: please turn off the lights, air conditioning or heating when you go out to visit the city.

Interaction with Guests:
We prefer to receive you personally and if you like we will give you a tour to recommend the basics of the area and some gastronomic secrets of the city. We like to interact with you as much as you want. We want you to know the spirit of the city.
