Relaxing in Great Atmosphere

Clean, safe, and secure, the villa was perfectly situated. Beach, pool, eats, and privacy made it the perfect atmosphere for our family. And, that ocean view....great.

So much fun

Our family had a wonderful stay here. Seabrook Island is beautiful, relaxing quiet! The property is so close (walking distance) to the pool and beach and it has an amazing view! The owner was very responsive! We will be back!

Beautiful beach vacation

We had a great visit at Seabrook Island! The location of this unit was perfect for us, just a walk across one road to get to the beach and the pool. The views of the ocean from all the rooms was lovely. The property was very clean and we found everything we needed to cook several meals and we all slept well too!

Great Condo

Lovely oceanfront home!

We loved our stay at this property! It was beautifully appointed, right on the ocean, had parking for our rental car and the island was so serene and lovely. We had a fantastic week relaxing and enjoying watching the dolphins play from our deck and walking along the beach. We will be back.

Great 2 bedroom with awesome location

This was the perfect stay for our family's getaway. We had our 4 year old with us and it was so convenient to have access to the pools, beaches, restaurant, and golf club nearby. Our group took advantage of them all. The condo was clean and had everything we needed; and the booking process was easy. Our host was very responsive and even accommodated a last minute change with our gate pass. Highly recommend.

Perfect location!

This condo was perfect for our family- just enough space and the location could not have been better! Easy beach and pool access. Very clean and well stocked. Communication with manager/owner was fantastic. We really enjoyed the outdoor space- a cover over the pergola for some shade would be the only thing that could have improved the patio. The views are amazing

Peaceful Escape

This condo has a magnificent view of the ocean from every room, and beach access is right across the street. Elevator is an added convenience. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable. A generous amount of "supplies" is provided from shampoo/conditioner to hot chocolate!! Amenity cards are included to provide you access to the islands many activities. I highly reccommend this condo for your next visit to Seabrook!

Loved Seabrook

Some of the things I wasn’t aware of from the description: the property is across the street from the beach. The balcony isn’t private, meaning it’s open to the walkway of the complex, so people coming up and down the stairway can interact with you. With that being said, it was a nice location and the villa was nice. I do give it 5/5. Sheri was a great host. No complaints, just wasn’t aware of those two things.

Ask for access code a day before check-in

Our stay was wonderful, however, there must have been a miscommunication over our check-in. I’m not sure who was supposed to communicate an access code to us prior to check in, but we never received one the entire week. Fortunately we were able to track down our host about an hour and a half after we were supposed to gain entry. That made for a stressful start, but it ended up being just fine and she apologized profusely as she was advised we had been sent the code. Sadly that never happened. But the property is wonderful! The views are terrific and particularly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean!!

Seabrook is perfect for your family. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Club offers The Teen Club and The Kids Club. The Teen Club, a Club room beside the Pelican Restaurant at the Beach Club. The Club room has TV’s with movies and video games, available. In addition, foosball, ping-pong and pool tables are available in the Club room. They have other actives such as pool volleyball, s’mores bon fires, pizza pool parties. There are different activities each day.

The Kids Club is available for younger children, divided into two age groupings.
