BEST OCEANFRONT & GOLF ON SEABROOK ISLAND!

Our second floor newly renovated Atrium Villa features spectacular panoramic views of our 3-mile private pristine beach with stunning sunrises, sunsets, playful dolphins and other wildlife from the large deck, both master bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living areas. Wake up with the oceanfront sunrise views from your bedroom window! The large deck functions as an outdoor living space accessed from all rooms. The villa features ocean views from the den/breakfast combination and both bedrooms. Condo includes cable access TV with free HBO in each bedroom and den. The patio/deck is furnished. Sorry but this villa does not allow pets and smoking are prohibited. Other features include hi-speed cable internet with wireless WIFI and Ethernet connectivity.

BEACHES & POOLS: Take a walk across the street to the Seabrook Island Beach Club with two pools (one heated), poolside snack bars, and private beach access. Enjoy walking along miles of pristine private beach. Watch for dolphins playing in the water along the shore or go shelling after high tide.

GOLF: Our villa is next door to the Seabrook Island Clubhouse featuring two championship golf courses and fine dining. Unlike all other Charleston area golf resorts, Seabrook's courses are not open to the public.

Crooked Oaks Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., is a 6746-yard, par 72 course that winds through the marsh, maritime forests and moss-hung, century-old live oaks.

Ocean Winds Golf Course, designed by Willard Byrd, is a 6761- yard, par 72 course that takes you to the Atlantic Ocean where the swirling breezes provide a challenging test of ability. Seabrook Island was recently chosen in "Top 100 Best Golf Communities" by Travel & Leisure! The island is adjacent to Kiawah Island offering additional golfing opportunities.

TENNIS: Tennis Resorts Online ranks Seabrook Island 's Racquet Club as 24th in the world for top tennis resorts for 2006. The Racquet Club facility consists of 15 professionally maintained clay tennis courts for day play and a full-service Pro Shop.

EQUESTRIAN: Featuring one of the only beach rides on the East Coast; our full-service Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with guided trail rides, pony rides, and riding lessons.

Loved Seabrook

Some of the things I wasn’t aware of from the description: the property is across the street from the beach. The balcony isn’t private, meaning it’s open to the walkway of the complex, so people coming up and down the stairway can interact with you. With that being said, it was a nice location and the villa was nice. I do give it 5/5. Sheri was a great host. No complaints, just wasn’t aware of those two things.

Great 2 bedroom with awesome location

This was the perfect stay for our family's getaway. We had our 4 year old with us and it was so convenient to have access to the pools, beaches, restaurant, and golf club nearby. Our group took advantage of them all. The condo was clean and had everything we needed; and the booking process was easy. Our host was very responsive and even accommodated a last minute change with our gate pass. Highly recommend.

Perfect location!

This condo was perfect for our family- just enough space and the location could not have been better! Easy beach and pool access. Very clean and well stocked. Communication with manager/owner was fantastic. We really enjoyed the outdoor space- a cover over the pergola for some shade would be the only thing that could have improved the patio. The views are amazing

Great Condo

Beautiful beach vacation

We had a great visit at Seabrook Island! The location of this unit was perfect for us, just a walk across one road to get to the beach and the pool. The views of the ocean from all the rooms was lovely. The property was very clean and we found everything we needed to cook several meals and we all slept well too!

Lovely oceanfront home!

We loved our stay at this property! It was beautifully appointed, right on the ocean, had parking for our rental car and the island was so serene and lovely. We had a fantastic week relaxing and enjoying watching the dolphins play from our deck and walking along the beach. We will be back.

Peaceful Escape

This condo has a magnificent view of the ocean from every room, and beach access is right across the street. Elevator is an added convenience. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable. A generous amount of "supplies" is provided from shampoo/conditioner to hot chocolate!! Amenity cards are included to provide you access to the islands many activities. I highly reccommend this condo for your next visit to Seabrook!

Ask for access code a day before check-in

Our stay was wonderful, however, there must have been a miscommunication over our check-in. I’m not sure who was supposed to communicate an access code to us prior to check in, but we never received one the entire week. Fortunately we were able to track down our host about an hour and a half after we were supposed to gain entry. That made for a stressful start, but it ended up being just fine and she apologized profusely as she was advised we had been sent the code. Sadly that never happened. But the property is wonderful! The views are terrific and particularly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean!!

Great Location and Host!

The villa I rented for my daughter, husband, and two young children worked out great. My little 4 year old grandson thought it was grand and gave me a tour upon entering the villa. It was clean, good beds, and no issues. Great view off of patio. The VRBO Host was very friendly and responsive to any and all questions I had on the unit and on Seabrook. I would definitely rent from them again.

Great ocean view! This was our second stay in this unit, but the first time with updated flooring and furniture. Sheri, the owner, is wonderful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We enjoyed our stay!

Loved our stay!

We had a lovely stay at this beach property. The location and amenities were great and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could easily cook our meals without having to go out (although Harris Teeter at Fresh Fields was always a zoo and very low on stock!). Plenty of entertainment with the beach right across the street and smart TVs. My husband and kids were fascinated with the alligators in the pond at the golf course. lol. Overall - it was great and we had a fun winter/New Year's trip.

50th birthday getaway

Ideal location for beach, beach club and golf course access. Nice, clean condo, fully stocked kitchen, a little bit dated (carpet needs replacing), but otherwise nice. Wish we had known that many of the activities had shut for the season, but still had fun. Communication with owners was very responsive.

Great location and set up!

Best location on Seabrook Island! Directly across the street from the beach and the beach club with ocean views. The two bedroom floor plan of the villa is perfect for a small family. We would definitely stay again! Alan the owner was extremely responsive and helpful both before and during the stay. The furnishings and decor could use some updating, and the cleanliness wasn’t perfect, but overall we had a great experience!

Seabrook is perfect for your family. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Club offers The Teen Club and The Kids Club. The Teen Club, a Club room beside the Pelican Restaurant at the Beach Club. The Club room has TV’s with movies and video games, available. In addition, foosball, ping-pong and pool tables are available in the Club room. They have other actives such as pool volleyball, s’mores bon fires, pizza pool parties. There are different activities each day.

The Kids Club is available for younger children, divided into two age groupings. Some of their actives include various crafts, visits to the Fire Department, nature walks, movies, sand castle building and the t-shirt tie-dying, and big favorite the marshmallow roast.
