This beautiful house located just 20 minutes from Paris will delight you with its comfort and its calm and relaxing environment. Located on the edge of a pond and a stone's throw from the forest, you can enjoy a magnificent landscape that changes with each season. The house is large, consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and garden with terrace. It is the ideal place for a family stay. It is not accessible to PMR.

This house with garden and terrace consists of 2 floors and a semi-buried basement. It is arranged as follows:
- On the ground floor you will find:
★ a large kitchen with all the equipment for comfortable cooking (oven, hob, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils).
★ a pleasant living room with a sofa, coffee table and television.
- On the 1st floor:
★ 2 beautiful bedrooms, the first of which offers a magnificent view of the pond and the second of the garden. There is nothing overlooked. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with large double beds, bedside tables and large wardrobes.
★ a large bathroom with Italian shower, bathtub, double vanity units, towel dryer.
- On the 2nd floor:
★ 2 fully equipped bedrooms with single beds.
★ a bathroom with a shower
★ a toilet
- On the lower floor:
★ a bedroom with 1 double bed, bedside tables and storage space.
