This new 56 m2 apartment, on the ground floor, with sea view, can accommodate 4/6 people.
It consists of an entrance, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room with flat screen TV, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and dressing room, a second bedroom with 2 single beds 80 that can be pushed together and dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. You will also enjoy a beautiful 16m2 terrace with garden furniture and lounge, overlooking the garden of the residence, facing the swimming pool.
Also available free of charge, a private parking space allowing one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there is no visitor space available.
You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for rental (40€/week)
