We are from the Kansas City area and purchased this home in 2019 because we were spending a lot of time in Scottsdale for work. We decided to rent the property when we are not there to allow others to enjoy it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
This is a Beautiful Neighborhood with Pool, Club House and Small Weight Room. Orange, Lemon and Grapefruit trees surround the area. Very private and quiet area with no contact access.
This property is perfect for families or friends wanting to get together near Old Town Scottsdale. It is a beautiful quiet community.
