Great stay in Penn Valley
In town visiting family and Karl’s place was perfect. It is as advertised and quite large. It has plenty of space for family meals. The outdoor area in back is also very nice. We would definitely visit again.

Great place to stay. Super easy check in process. Homeowner was very clear and communicative. Great backyard too! Definitely recommend staying here and hope to use this place again in the future.

My name is Karl and I bought this new house just over 3.5 years ago in 2020. I built a huge pergola out back where folks can enjoy dinner in the evening. I currently live in San Francisco and it was always my dream to buy a house up here.

Why they chose this property

This property is brand new as is everything inside. It has a huge Smart TV with entertainment system. It sits on 2 acres and has a huge back yard for kids to play as well as a huge new BBQ to grill on.

What makes this property unique

Quiet at the back of a cul de sac. It's two mins walk to the dog park and the leisure park behind the house. It's only 10 mins to Grass Valley and 12 Mins to Nevada City. It's also 15 mins to the beautiful Yuba River.
