Dog friendly (small grass dog area on site to the right of the building - 70 lbs or less approx **Check dog fee box on VRBO**). 2 beach loungers/1 umbrella provided 3/15-10/31! Stunning kitchen features granite countertops & tile aqua backsplash. Cute dining table and coffee table. Master bedroom has a king bed and 55 inch Smart HDTV. Queen Sunbrella sleeper sofa & 2nd HDTV in living room. Distressed plank tile flooring and eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing gulf, pool, & sunset views from your balcony & patio! Walk to Pier Park, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, and the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. 5 minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, and charcoal grills onsite! We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1817520, 2381370) and a first floor unit (3262642).

Airshow weekend

This condo provided the perfect viewing spot for Tyndall Airbase's Salute to the Gulf Airshow. My husband and I watched the morning routines from the lounge chairs on the beach that are free with the condo and, in the afternoon, moved up to the condo balcony to enjoy a our own private viewing spot. It was a big motorcycle weekend too, but once inside the condo, we were pretty isolated from the "rolling thunder" on the street and could enjoy the lapping of the waves...as long as jets weren't flying by. The condo is comfortable, the beach beautiful and the water is getting warmer. I recommend Blue Haven Villa for a quieter vacation too.

Panama City Beach stay

Property was just as described, very clean, right on the beach, cute dog park for our fur baby, hot tub was wonderful, and Dawn, the caretaker of the building was awesome. Found two great places to eat at that were extremely close - American Diner for their all you can eat breakfast buffet and Diego's for their awesome burritos. Everyone you saw were so friendly and polite.

Awesome stay !

Adorable little units. Comfy for us. Jeff was very easy to get in touch with and he really helped accommodate us when we needed to stay longer last minute. Will definitely recommend to family when they come in town for visits. Pet friendly beach at the back door lots of food and shopping nearby.

Nice little place!!!

It was great! Just steps from the beach and it’s not even that packed! I loved everything! I think it’s perfect for two people max 3. Some dishes were dirty but other than that everything was great!

Exactly as pictured

The unit is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and has a great view! On the second floor so taking our dog to the onsite dog park was a breeze! Would definitely stay again, Jeff was very communicative to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any questions. If you are debating at all...then don't...just book it!!!

Amazing condo with unbeatable views, price, and location!

A group of 8 women stayed in all 3 of Jeff's condos near Pier Park. We are avid travelers and let me say that Jeff was by far our favorite host for so many reasons. First and foremost, Jeff's communication and speed at replying can not beat! His condos were accurately described, clean, nicely decorated, beach front, all right next to one another which was perfect for our party, and a great location! You could walk to so many bars, restaurants, and shops! He has another townhouse down further east on the beach in a quieter area for those who prefer that. Highly recomment and will be staying again!!

Perfect!

The room was amazing and so was the view. My toddler felt right at home and husband loved the box fan lol. I only have one suggestion and that's a stopper for the tub. My youngest only takes baths so I had to make my own which was very simple. Besides that's everything was perfect. Thank you so much for providing such an amazing room.

Location Location Location!

First off, Jeff the owner, is great about communicating with his guests. He even offered suggestions for our family who was staying in a different-owned unit that needed assistance. The view from our balcony, the beach itself, walking distance to so much helped make this a great first stay! The unit is what I consider Basic Beach. Big enough for a family of 4. Cute decor, the new kitchen was nice to work in and rounded out our stay. We will be back!

Great beach location.

Had a small issue with entry code host immediately cleared it up. Found some of the guests much younger and extremely loud and drunk. Overall I recommend this property and the fact they accept small dogs.

Great place for a family vacation.

Everything went well. We got to check in early, great spot lots of restraunts within walking distance. Owners responded to all my questions within just a minute or so, they also called and checked in and made sure everything was good with us. Would definitely stay again and would recommend staying here.

Adorable gulf front condo!

I had a wonderful stay in this adorable condo! The unit itself is decorated with cute coastal decor throughout and has a brand new kitchen. You can tell the owners wanted to make it unique and have pride in the condo. Two large smart TV’s and the most comfortable bed I have slept on in my life. The view is amazing off the balcony! Very easy communication with Jeff and Jill. I also love that it is a small complex and not a high rise. You can walk to Pier Park and lots of restaurants too. Beautiful pool and right on the beach! Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!!

Weekend getaway

This was our second visit and definitely will not be our last! The condos are clean, comfortable and close to everything! The hosts, (Jeff and Jill), are readily available and stay in constant contact to ensure you have what you need to make your stay amazing! Thanks for another fun weekend!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was small but once we unpacked and slid the bags under the bed, it helped a lot. The hangers behind the door was genius for such a small room. The only thing I would have loved is if the couch had faced the ocean view. The view was sort of hard to see from the couch since the window was so high up. Maybe remove the table and get a small l-shaped couch to take advantage of that wonderful view. The king size bed was by far the best bed I have ever slept on away from home. So comfortable! I think I will miss that as much as the view. Doggy area was convenient and clean. Our dogs loved the view from the sliding glass door and they loved going to the doggy beach just down the road. Communication with Jeff was great.

Nice place

I will start off this review by stating i have no earthly idea why anyone would give it less than 5 stars. My guess would be some people always need something to complain about. The place looked exactly like the pictures online, it is fairly small but the square footage is listed correctly so again you’re getting exactly what you see. Perfect view of the beach from the second floor and only a quick 60 second walk down the stairs and around back and you’re on the sand. Jeff was a great host and you can tell they really care about their property. We needed a place to stay last minute and he took fantastic care of us we would highly recommend staying in one of his properties. Our pup loved the place too and you are within walking distance of the pet friendly beach.
