The only neighbors you'll see are across the road from the upper balconies! The ground floor is an open air outdoor living space where you'll find the golf cart, a BBQ grill, outdoor shower, beach storage, and expansive deck with a patio table and multiple seating areas, nestled into the surrounding wildlife area. Entering the home, you'll be greeted by an open-floor-plan kitchen-living-dining space, with a large kitchen island for cooking and gathering, a high-top table which seats 4 additional people, and a cozy living room with a large flat screen TV for movie nights! You'll also love the long balcony across the front of the house, with multiple plush seats for relaxing and soaking in the breeze and sunshine! Just off the kitchen, you'll find the master suite. The master suite offers a king-size bed, full private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and beautiful nature-views! The 3rd floor offers 2 queen suites, each with private bathrooms and a flat screen TV, a bunk room (with full bathroom right across the hall) and a loft living room. The loft living room also offers a large flat-screen TV for gaming or streaming shows! The 3rd floor also has a great little balcony and a glimpse of the Gulf down the road! In addition to the great interior features of the home, a 6-Person Lithium-Ion powered Golf Cart is INCLUDED!!! You'll absolutely love this golf cart as a great means of transportation to head to the beach or amazing nearby restaurants! The Dune Allen Beach area is one of the best on 30A. Only moderately developed, and a local "go-to" spot, the beaches are less crowded, and the pace of life is slower. In addition, you've still got multiple options for shopping and dining within a mile of the home. Destin, Sandestin, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Malls are all just a short drive time away.

Great house in a great location

Our family really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well equipped. The golf cart was fun to drive around and really helped with lugging all of our beach stuff to the beach entrance. Highly recommend!
