"Belle Epoque" Villa with pool, sea view and top-of-the-range services

This classically styled "Belle Époque" villa is undeniably elegant. From every floor, you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the sea. Visitors are transported to a time gone by, when refinement and the French art de vivre were the norm. From the moment they enter, the remarkable architectural features suggest a uniquely charming experience. The building is freshly renovated with quality materials and an undeniable sense of aesthetics. Everything has been thought out to preserve the charm of the past and include the top-of-the-range amenities of modern comfort.

This villa is ideally located on the heights of Saint-Raphaël in the Cazeaux neighborhood, offering breathtaking sea views, just a short stroll from the town center and beaches. The old town, covered market, stores, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance (about 800 meters).

The ground floor offers a harmonious living space, with a welcoming lounge, a bright dining room giving onto a large outdoor terrace (60 sqm), and a fully-equipped open kitchen. A large period staircase leads to the bedrooms, which are distributed over the various floors. Spacious suites and bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, breathtaking sea views, every detail contributes to creating a relaxing atmosphere. Nestled on the top floor, an observatory with a full sea view gives you the chance to contemplate the landscape in complete tranquillity. This intimate space is ideal for relaxing or teleworking.
All rooms are air-conditioned.

The villa's exteriors are just as charming. The landscaped garden surrounding the property creates a verdant setting that combines Mediterranean and exotic vegetation. There are plenty of places to relax, including a large terrace with outdoor seating, sunshades and deckchairs, a shaded barbecue area and a poolhouse. A lovely 10x4.5-meter alarmed swimming pool will keep you cool on hot summer days.
Unfortunately, the poolhouse could not be completely renovated. It's the only part of the house that still needs some improvement. It remains functional, however, and offers a welcome shaded area on the water's edge.
Parking spaces are also available for several vehicles.

Geographically, the villa "Les Beaux Jours" is exceptionally well placed, just a few hundred metres from the beaches of Saint-Raphaël and a few kilometres from the famous coves of the Corniche d'or. The TGV train station is just 800 metres away, and Nice airport is an hour's drive away.
You can also explore the Esterel forest massif. With its red rocks and forest of pines and cork oaks, it's an ideal environment for hikers and mountain bikers.
The Alpes-Maritimes are around 20 kilometres away, and Cannes town centre is 50 minutes away by car and 30 minutes by train. The villa is therefore an ideal base from which to take full advantage of prestigious events and locations such as La Croisette, the Cannes Film Festival and the Régates Royales.
A regular boat service runs daily to the charming village of Saint-Tropez. Luxury boutiques, restaurants, clubs and the famous "Voiles de Saint-Tropez" event are all within easy reach without the inconvenience of traffic jams.

For your convenience, bed linen and towels are available for hire:
- 2-seater bed pack: €25/week (sheets, 2 pillowcases, 2 towels + 2 bath towels)
- 1-seater bed pack: €20/week (sheets, pillowcase, 1 towel + 1 bath towel)
- Pool towels also available for hire: 6€/pers/week

Baby bed linen, bath mats and kitchen towels are included at no extra charge.

For fast, efficient communication, a WhatsApp group will be set up as soon as you book to make your stay easier.
On arrival, the concierge will be on hand to welcome you and give you the keys to the property. A digital inventory of fixtures (photos) will be uploaded to the group and will serve as proof in the event of damage.
In the event of damage reported during the chek-out, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the security deposit according to the priced inventory (provided at your arrival).
If no damage is found, the security deposit will be automatically released by the reservation platform.
