This independent house located next to the town of Les Eyzies is nestled in the woods at the end of a dead end in a small hamlet. On the ground floor you will enjoy a bright living room overlooking the south side, onto a half-covered terrace. The room is made up of a small living room (TV, wood stove, Wifi), a dining room and a kitchen. You will have access to the bathroom with a shower cubicle, a washing machine and separate WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms equipped with mosquito nets. With a landing including a wardrobe, chest of drawers, board games.
On the right, the beige bedroom has a 140x200 bed. On the left, the bedroom is modular and can, depending on your needs, include 2 90 x 190 beds or a large 180 x 190 King Size bed (with mattress topper). Parking on site. Unfenced garden of 2000m2 on the edge of the forest. Sheets and towels included. Cleaning at end of stay 80€. Start on Tuesday morning with a discovery of the local market in the town of Le Bugue (7min), on Wednesday you can go for a stroll in Sarlat, the unmissable medieval town located 25km from the gîte. There are also many sporting activities in the surrounding area (hiking, cycling, horse riding, canoeing, fishing, hunting, golf, hot air balloon flying, etc.)
