A good enough apartment

A good enough apartment for physically fit people (high bed) and rather slim (narrow toilet). Restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and Metro Colonel Fabien are nearby. Coffee maker, induction cooker, reliable internet, etc.

Charming studio in a fantastic location

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment! The host Jimmy was great—very helpful and a good communicator. I loved the murphy/loft bed. It was super comfortable and was easy to put away and set back up. The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking full meals. The countertop oven was great! The bathroom is a bit tight, but works well. The apartment is on a surprisingly quiet street, especially at night. And its a quick 10 min walk to the place de la Republique. I can not recommend this apartment enough!

El apartamento estaba lleno de polvo, hormigas en la cocina, utensilios y platos sucios. Buena ubicacion para el metro y zona bastante tranquila. Hay supermercados alrededor. No reserves si tienes problemas de movilidad porque para subir a la cama hay una escalera pequeña y peligrosa si te despiertas a media noche. La ducha olía a humedad y la luz de baño se apaga cuando quiere.

Central Location!

Great location to hop on the train and explore the city. Many bars, bakeries, and bistros in the area. Tasty and authentic and not too pricey. Our host was very kind and communicative. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

As presented, except for the mice

I give the owner credit for being very responsive after a mouse ran across my foot a couple of days into my stay. However, on my last night, I saw 3 mice within about 20 minutes. I sent the owner a text just so he'd be aware of it but I did not get a reply.

Studio bien placé et de correcte dimension, mal insonorisé. Tv et WiFi impeccable, Accueil impeccable. Micro ondes mieux indiqué qu'un four. Un lit plus grand serait mieux pour 2 personnes...CORRECTE...

Nice week!

The property was very nice! The bed was comfy and the studio was spacious and clean. The bottom bedsheet should probably be changed for a larger size, as it never stayed on the mattress. The host's wife was very friendly, she even brought me a pain au chocolate when I checked in! The kitchen is also well equipped and a good size. Loved the neighborhood.
