We have been going to Indian Rocks beach for a long time bet never right in the village. What a great location and fantastic hosts. Condo is as described. Large and well kept with room for everyone.

Our first time in IRB!
This was our annual framily vacation and we really enjoyed IRB, this home and the gulf side of Florida in general. This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back. Being close to shops and restaurants was great as was being close to Clearwater without staying in Clearwater. The home was huge and the extra room off the master suite was perfect for giving all 4 kids their own beds! We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!

Another great stay at this amazing condo
We returned due to the spacious beauty of this condo, the location and wonderful hosts. Don’t be hesitant to book this place because it does not have an ocean view. This condo has a birds eye view of the inter coastal and we were able to watch dolphins from the balcony. While the noise from the street can be loud at times, it quiets right down around 10:00, unlike the rooms facing the ocean which tend to be noisy well into the night with people enjoying their balcony time or the pool.

This was our first vacation with our kids as adults there was plenty of room for everyone loved that the beach wasn’t overcrowded and that the condo was so close to the beach the only down side was not a lot to do unless you drove to Clearwater and the things there was to do closed between 5:00pm & 8:00pm right as it was cooling off enough to take the two small kids out and walk but over all was a great place to stay thank you for sharing your home with our family

Wonderful week at the beach….
This is our fifth time staying in the Indian Rocks/Shores area and this was by far the best condo we have had. We did sacrifice a beach view for more room but this unit still have a nice sized balcony with a view of the intercostal. The kitchen and living room area were extremely spacious. We stayed with 8 people in the unit and at no time during the week did we feel cramped. The main bedroom and bathroom were very big and the bunk beds in the old closet was perfect for our two little guys. The other two rooms were perfect for our family and their teenaged kids. The condo has everything you could possibly need throughout the week and a storage area by the pool with about 20 beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach cart, bikes, etc. The beach is VERY close to the unit which makes its easy to go down and set up for the day and go back and forth from the beach, pool, condo. The pool area is a bit tight and was very busy some of the days we were there. Overall we’d have no hesitation booking this unit again. The unit and the owners were absolutely fantastic.

Great Spring Break Vacation!
This condo exceeded our expectations! We had two families, 10 people in total, and it was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. It was the most well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in, with plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and lots of beach and pool toys. We'll definitely be back (if it's not booked by the 10 people I already recommended it to). Thanks for a great week in Indian Rocks!

A spacious well furnished condo that has all the amenities you need for a great vacation. The condo complex is well maintained including the hested pool and hot tub. The condo is located in a great area with a mixture of restaurants, cafes, condos and homes. The beach is well maintained and you can walk in both directions for miles. Great Location and very spacious
Upon arrive we were impressed with the size. It exceeded our expectations on how clean it was. The location is within walking distance of many Indian Rocks Beach restaurants. This condo doesn't face the ocean, however, it was a plus during times when the fierce winds were coming off the gulf. Plenty of towels, kitchen items, and recreational items were included. We stayed for many weeks and only had some minor issues which the hosts corrected immediately.

This rental property is absolutely stunning. It is beautifully decorated and is so spacious. The location is great. The unit is so well stocked. There are more than enough towels and beach towels for everyone in your group. There are two high chairs, a pack-n-play, two kids table and chairs, and even a baby bathtub. Sam has provided everything. The cabana has everything you can possibly need. There are loads of chairs, beach toys, boards, umbrellas. There are even two bikes and a baby stroller. The only negatives to report are the beds are not very comfortable and the couch could possibly be replaced. Other than that the place is PERFECT.

We have been going to IRB and the surrounding beaches for over 30 years and LOVE it to say the least. This unit is truly our second home and love when we read responses from our guests sharing the great times and memories they too create while staying at Beach Inn It! We try to get every chance we can to get over to IRB, and when we can't that is when we make it available for others to rent it out. While there I personally enjoy the beaches, fishing on my off-shore boat (which I keep at the marina directly across from this unit) and the many great places to eat and be entertained. You will love this place and have a great get away for sure!
