Adorable studio in original Canarian finca

Beautiful studio in an original Canarian finca. The finca is a historic approximately 100 year old farmhouse, lovingly restored and kept in the Cesar Manrique style.
The finca is located on a 6000 sqm property in the pretty town of La Asomada, with sea views.
The studio is about 30 square meters, with 2 single beds, sitting area, bathroom with shower integrated in the living room, and a separate toilet.
Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge, as well as a ceramic hob with 2 plates are in the room, another cooking facility with sink is in the patio (courtyard), which can be used by both studios. There is only one other studio (Studio Patio I) that can be rented if necessary, provided that this is not occupied.
WiFi is available and can be used free of charge.
Of course, bed linen and towels are also available.
The patio with its 'owner' a 100 year old eucalyptus tree is the meeting point of the finca. There are various seating areas, as well as a hammock. The finca was built around the tree, which is typical Canarian.
The garden can be used by everyone. Sun loungers are available. There are several fig trees, as well as other fruit trees, which can be used in season.
The tranquility and the view of this magnificent property are indescribable.
The finca consists of 3 studios and a main house opposite. Only 2 studios are rented.
The place La Asomada is outside of mass tourism, but everything can be reached quickly by car. Fruit and vegetables are still grown and harvested by hand. In the village there is a small corner shop and a tapas bar. A big Eurospar is in 3 km distance in Macher, further shops with restaurants are in Tias, also about 3 km away. Puerto del Carmen with beaches and the old port can be reached in about 6 minutes. It is 11 km to the airport and 15 km to Arrecife, the capital of the island.
And the beautiful wine-growing region of La Geria is only a stone's throw away.
