and is located in the Dollard Pogum near Ditzum and 20 Km from Empty.
In Ditzum (1,5-2Km) is a supermarket and it has a
beautiful harbor with eateries. There is a
Ferry to Petkum (suburb of Emden). Also here you can
make in the summer day trips to einrm ship to, inter alia,
Emden, Borkum and Delfzijl.
Bicycles, canoes / kayaks can be rented in Ditzum.
 
This comfortable apartment (150m²) has a single storey
large hallway, lounge, kitchen, bedroom, toilet
with shower and a laundry room. There are 3 big ones at the top
Bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

There are 10 beds in the house and if required 2 guest beds can be added, or the couch can be used in the living room.

Meadow. Bus stop is next to the house.

Für mich immer am wichtigsten: absolut super sauber! Die Lage ist meiner Ansicht nach sehr gut. In einer Minute auf dem Deich, Ditzum in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe. Die Küche war mit 5 Personen etwas eng aber wir hätten ja auch ins Wohn-Esszimmer wechseln können. Dort ist passend Platz. Nur 4 Sterne, weil ein zweites vollständiges Badezimmer leider fehlte.

Wird kommen gerne wieder
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns alles wissenswerte gezeigt sodas wir direkt wussten wo alles war. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Der Garten war gepflegt und komplett eingezäunt sodass wir unter uns waren. Sehr zu empfehlen

Ruhig und schön gelegenes Ferienhaus
Selten so entspannt gewohnt. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, ob Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, Küche oder Wohnzimmer. Auch für die Terasse war alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig und alles ist sehr gut erreichbar. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar.

Sehr netter Empfang und alles wie inseriert. Auch die Terrasse war sehr schön und bei gutem Wetter hätten wir hier sicherlich viel Zeit mit dem Grill verbracht.

Entspannter Urlaub mit guter Kommunikation
Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Vermieterin hat eine Unterkunft, die für einen Urlaub mit einem Mitglied im Elektrorollstuhl und Lifter für ein Bett super geeignet ist. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Die obere Etage ist toll aufgeteilt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und die Umgebung bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Fahrrad fahren. für Spaziergänge und auch der Garten läd zum Verweilen ein.

Ideale Ferienwohnung für 8 Personen für ein Wochenende
Wir waren 4 Paare und haben hier ein Wochenende am Dollart verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und war für unseren Aufenthalt optimal geeignet. Sehr ruhige Lage, gute und saubere Ausstattung, nette Vermieterin und alles war wie beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gemütlich in Pogum
Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Wochenende in Pogum. Auch bei einer Gruppe von zehn Erwachsenen kamen wir gut mit dem Haus zurecht. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin war freundlich, unkompliziert und es wurde für alles gesorgt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen es weiter.

First time in Germany
This was the start of our trip. My father traced his ancestors back to the area and wanted to see it and see if he could learn any more information. The house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We only spent the first two days of our trip here, and we all agreed we could have spent more. We hope to travel back another time from the USA and have a little more time to check things out. When the time comes, we’d love to stay here again.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Pogom. Nur das Wetter hätte noch besser sein können. Aber alles was Jacinta beeinflussen konnte, hat sie sehr gut gemacht. Sie hat uns noch spontan mehr Bettwäsche bereitsgestellt, weil wir teilweise welche vergessen hatten. das Haus war sehr sauber und die Einweisung war sehr gut von ihr organisiert. Vielen Dank

Toller Sommerurlaub in Ostfriesland
Wir, das sind fünf Erwachsene, haben dieses Jahr zwei Wochen lang unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem Haus verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber, mit großem Eingangsbereich, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer und geräumigen Schlafzimmern. In denen gab es nicht nur genug Platz, um alles Gepäck ordentlich in Schränken unterzubringen, sondern auch noch kleine Schreibtische und Ablagen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, wir kochen im Urlaub fast täglich und sind es gewohnt, in Ferienhäuser Sachen wie scharfe Messer oder Knoblauchpresse selbst mitzubringen, aber hier war alles bereits vorhanden. Es gibt sogar einen zusätzlichen Hauswirtschaftsraum. Vor dem Haus gab es drei Parkmöglichkeiten, und hinter dem Haus eine windgeschützte Terrasse. Wir hatten leider die zwei etwas kühleren Sommerwochen erwischt, deswegen konnten wir sie nicht so reichlich nutzen, aber die letzten Tage wurden wieder warm, und wir haben die Terrasse mit Blick auf Schilf und Deich genossen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von den Vermietern sehr herzlich begrüßt, und wir durften, wenn wir Fragen hatten, immer bei ihnen klingeln. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist den ganzen Tag und nachts wunderbar ruhig, Einkaufen kann man in Ditzum. Wir konnten viele schöne Radtouren und Ausflüge machen, es ist ein tolle Landschaft zum Fahrradfahren, Städte mit Museen und anderen Angeboten sind nicht zu weit entfernt: ich kann das Haus als Urlaubsdomizil auch für längere Urlaube sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Wochenende zu Zwölft
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und sauber. Es liegt in einem kleinen Ort direkt am Damm. Leider besteht kein Zugang zum Wasser, dafür muss man weiter fahren, aber man kann sehr schön auf dem Damm spazieren gehen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus nebenan und sind sehr nett! Gerne wieder, alles zur größten Zufriedenheit

Immer wieder Pogum
Wie jedes Jahr ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Wohnung ist top, das Wetter hat gepasst, wir haben eine Weltklasse-Radtour in der 60 km Liga mit lecker Essen in Ditzum hingelegt. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr um uns bemüht und freundlich wie immer.
