Kitchen open to the living room, equipped with washer, microwave Grill, fridge with freezer, induction plate, coffee maker filter, kettle, toaster.PRIVE WIFIA pleasant living area overlooking a balcony/alcove fitted out to enjoy the mountain air. CUTTING:- Bedroom with storage and ensuite bathroom: a double bed "Queen size" in 160 cm.- Living room: a sofa bed "Queen size" in 160 cm, "rapido" system.Bathroom (located in the double room) with Italian shower. Spacious separate toilets. Washing machine. It has a covered, secure, private parking space with access to its electric charging station. Locker secure. RENTAL CONDITIONS: Weekly rental: Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.Bed linen is not included for year-round stays.Toilet linen and end of stay cleaning not included and on request.Deposit requested upon arrival.Supplement of 25€ per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).Season rental: Electricity on lift, laundry, carpet shampoo and clean cleaning charged to tenants.
