The living rooms are fitted with new wallpaper, and the walls have a fresh coat of white paint. Flat includes: shower room with washbasin, toilet, separate guest toilet, new kitchenette, ceramic range, convection oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, 3 separate bedrooms, each with 2 90x200-cm individual beds (some can be combined into double beds), 1 separate bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200 cm) that's perfect for kids, living room with a dining table for up to 10 people, comfortable sitting area with 2 integrated 90x200-cm beds, and closets and racks in the bedrooms. The flat is especially ideal because of its central location in Altona. It is also very peaceful, with a view of the park.

Spacious in a great location
We met up with friends in Hamburg and were thankful to find a property with sufficient rooms and 1.5 bathrooms located close to the Hamburg City Center. The property was as described. The layout is a bit funky with glass panels giving visibility into some rooms, the restroom windows going out to the walkthrough and one room having no windows at all. I would venture to say that the space wasn’t originally intended as an apartment. None of this was a deal breaker though and we would return. There is an S-Bahn stop and a Mexican restaurant within the same block which was very convenient! Also, plenty of bakeries within 8 minutes walking. The description to get into the apartment is very detailed and we had no issues.

It’s in a great location, just opposite the park: come out of Konigstrasse station and turn left.. Furnishings are generic ikea; good enough but nothing that feels luxurious. There’s two toilets and one shower (which is really good, by the way). It worked well with four of us; while the apartment can sleep up to 10, I think it would feel super crowded at that level. Note that it’s super easy to accidentally change the key box combination if you’re putting it away in the dark; when you put it away, whatever combo it’s set to is your new combo. This was an expensive lesson to learn.

Gute Lage, schöne Wohnung
Alles wunderbar, Parkplatz Situation war super für unsere Gruppe! Allerdings ist das Fenster zur Küche, das man von einem Zimmer aus auch nicht verdunkeln kann, echt für einen längeren Aufenthalt störend. Das ganze wäre auch einfach durch einen Vorhang oder zumindest Milchglas -Folie zu beheben.. ansonsten waren wir sehr Happy mit der Wohnung.

Super Ferienwohnung mit minimalen Einschränkungen
Wir waren mit sieben Leuten vor Ort, die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer war super, wobei nur zwei der vier Schlafzimmer tatsächlich Doppelbetten haben. Die Lage ist auch gut, es ist nicht zentral und direkt in der Nähe gibt es nicht wirklich etwas zu sehen, aber mit den öffentlichen sind alle wichtigen Spots von Hamburg gut zu erreichen (nur 3 Minuten bis zur S-Bahn-Station!). Einziges "Manko", das uns aufgefallen ist, dass zwei der Schlafzimmer aufgrund deren Fenster-Ausrichtung bereits früh morgens extrem hell sind. Wenn jemand sehr lichtempfindlich ist, könnte das ein Problem sein. Im Schlafzimmer mit dem Stockbett gibt es gar keine Vorhänge, da mussten wir uns mit Kleidung und Handtüchern helfen. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt, der Wohn- und Essbereich ist schön groß und für sieben Leute perfekt geeignet, es gibt genug Schlafplätze und zwei Badezimmer. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall erneut buchen!!

Check-in über die Schlüsselbox hat problemlos geklappt und auch sonst war alles gut beschrieben und entsprechend vorgefunden.Die Küchenausstattung ist ordentlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kaffeemaschine ist eine klassische Filtermaschine, da hätten wir uns über eine etwas modernere Kapselmaschine gefreut. Die Lage ist super, die S-Bahn ist

Top Lage, wir kommen gerne wieder
Wir waren zu einem verlängerten Wochenende da. Die Wohnung ist an sich sehr schön und geräumig, allerdings würden wir keinesfalls noch mal für drei Nächte mit der maximalen Personenanzahl von 11 Leuten buchen. Es wäre machbar, aber doch arg kuschelig. :-) Die Räume haben alle Fenster am oberen Teil der Wand, was natürlich für eine gute Lichtdurchflutung sorgt, aber auch Nachteile mit sich bringt, weil es dann schnell hell in den Zimmern wird, sobald man im Wohnzimmer und/oder Küche das Licht anmacht. Hier wäre zumindest im Raum mit dem Hochbett ein Vorhang wünschenswert. Die Wohnung war in einem guten Zustand, also nicht abgewohnt und die Sauberkeit war auch top. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und im Bad gab es zwei kleine Fenster, die neben einer Lüftung an der Decke für ein gutes Klima im Bad sorgten. Die in den vorherigen Bewertungen genannten Schimmelprobleme haben wir nicht wahrgenommen. Es gab nur minimale Stockflecken in den Fugen, die haben wir als nicht so schlimm empfunden. Der Check-In und Check-Out lief völlig komplikationslos. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, die S-Bahn Haltestelle Königstraße ist drei Min zu Fuß entfernt und dort kommt selbst am Wochenende alle paar Minuten eine Bahn. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war okay, da er aber auf eine Nachricht von mir nicht geantwortet hatte, kann ich da nicht die volle Sterne Anzahl geben. Fazit: gerne wieder. Preis-Leistung war super.

Die Lage ist mega, von Fischmarkt über Jungfernstieg ist alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.Die Wohnung ist groß und die Betten gut.Die Geschirrspülmaschine funktionierte leider nicht, Geschirr und Besteck könnte mehr vorhanden sein.Der Kühlschrank hat kein Licht und war nur semi kalt.Sichtsschutz für den Innenhof wäre noch schön.Die Betten waren bequem und in jedem Zimmer ein Schrank vorhanden.Alles in allem war die Wohnung vor allem wegen der Lage perfekt für einen Städtetripp.

Está a unos pasos de la estacion del metro lo que facilta moverse a otros lugares con facilidad, la casa es espaciosa, tiene 1 1/2 baños, buen internet y las camas son pequeñas pero comodas, creo q seria mejor tener una cama grande para un matrimonio

Tolle Lage, Wohnung nicht nur toll
Positiv: Super Lage, sehr nah an S-Bahnhof Königstrasse und an der Bushaltestelle Behnstraße, wo auch 2 Buslinien aus der Innenstadt halten. Zu Fuß ist die Elbe und der Fischmarkt prima zu erreichen. Absolut ruhige Seitenstraße. Drei vollwertige Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten. Spielplatz ganz in der Nähe. Weniger positiv: Es wird wohl bald repariert werden, denn die Zuständigen haben es bereits von mir (und evtl. auch schon früher) erfahren: Die Halterung des Duschkopfes war defekt, ein Bord, das neben einem Bett an der Wand hing, fiel einfach ab, die Lampe im Kühlschrank war defekt. Weniger schön ist der Schimmel im Bad oberhalb der Dusche. Für eine Reise mit Enkelkindern, wie bei uns, war sehr unpraktisch, dass an den Fenstern nur lichtdurchlässige Vorhänge hängen, so dass keine stärkere Verdunklung möglich war. Besonders unpraktisch mit kleinen Kindern war, dass 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer Oberlichter zum Wohnbereich hin haben (um dort Helligkeit zu schaffen), deshalb konnten wir bei Dunkelheit kein Licht im Wohnzimmer anmachen. Für den Fernseher gab es zwar 3 Fernbedienungen, davon eine ohne Batterien und ohne Batteriefachabdeckung, aber wir konnten ihn nicht in Gang setzen. Auf eine Anfrage per Mail haben die Zuständigen leider nicht reagiert. Die hervorragende Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Hamburg und zum Zentrum von Altona machen aber Vieles wieder wett.
