Kind of disappointing
Some nice renovations but old. Exterior needs work. Curtain rod out of wall in main bedroom. Bed so tall a 6'2" man had to stand on tippy toes to get in. Missing towel rod in bathroom. Shower head had minimal pressure. One door and a shower curtain in the other bathroom. Hair on pillowcases in loft. Grungy silverware. "Pet friendly" but NOT pet efficient - our pug couldn't go up or down the tight spiral stairs or the open stairs to the loft. Good thing he's easy to carry. Not what we expected for the cost. Won't be looking to come back to this property again.

Ok, but the spiral staircase????
The beds were comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, hot tub worked well, but not where we expected to stay. If you like carrying groceries, luggage, etc. up a narrow spiral staircase, this is the place for you.

So cute!
This was the perfect place to stay with our families! It is so cute and has everything you need. It is a very vertical house, so lots of stairs if you have anyone that struggles with stairs. The hot tub was a perfect way to end a ski day and the kitchen and living room is very open and great for dinner and board games.

Perfect Breck Getaway!
This was the perfect house for our ski weekend in Breckenridge. Extremely comfortable beds, close proximity to the town & mountain and tastefully decorated making it a very comfortable stay. Hot tub was amazing as well. Highly recommend for any season!

Two nice bedrooms; the third is a very cold laundry room with a hard twin "bed"
We got off to rough start, as the place was 51 degrees when we arrived and the downstairs heater was broken. It took more than a day to get to a comfortable temperature. The third bedroom was not usable and my adult son ended up sleeping on the sofa (which is not a sleeper). The location near a ski bus stop was great, and the main living area is lovely and comfortable with a nice kitchen. Nearly every coffee cup was chipped, and there were maintenance issues like a slow draining bathroom sink and dripping shower that others have mentioned but had not been rectified. During the high demand holiday and ski season this place could be great if it were accurately advertised and better maintained.

So much potential!
The view was beautiful and being in walking distance to hiking rails was great. The stairs are downright dangerous and scary. This condo would be perfect with different stairs - such an easy renovation that would go a long way in making guests feel comfortable and safe.

Cozy get away !
I absolutely loved this place. We got a chance to take the shuttle to Main Street which made it convenient for us during Labor Day weekend. The kitchen is well equipped and we got to cook majority of our meals. They also have a hot tub which was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean and cozy !

A needed get away!
Far enough away from town to feel nestled in the mountains, but close enough to go back and forth. Love the decor and super comfy beds!

Pictures don't tell the full story
We've rented a lot of houses and generally know what to expect. Good house has lovely pictures but it's the ones left put that should have warned me off. The neighborhood is on the rough side and the outdoor condition is rough too. Crumbling entry stairs, decks with peeling paint and popped nails, dead trees and weed choked landscaping. Inside, it's better but the details aren't great. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms don't work (and the wallpaper isliterally falling off the wall in upstairs bath because of it), sinks drain VERY very slowly. There's nowhere to sit in either main bedroom. The lamps are both broken in the master br. We rented for a week and had toiletries and toilet paper for 1-2 days. The tv remotes didn't work. The kitchen was the best part, but didn't have adequate glasses. I did appreciate that our dogs were welcome and despite the neighborhood enjoed the lication though it's way out of Breck. Would not

Great Location - Neat Place - Vacasa Gets A Zero
The place was nice overall. The spiral staircase was more of an inconvenience than we thought it would be, our dog would go up but not back down (60lb lab). The property was well kept. The deck has seen better days. Heat was not working properly when we arrived. Someone showed up the next day unannounced to fix it. Vacasa had the wrong door code for our checkin and every time you call them it is at least a 10 minute wait. TV and internet worked great. They do need a shovel at the property - otherwise the steps are treacherous (especially for a pregnant lady). Grill worked great. Hot tub worked great. I'd recommend ditching vacasa as your management.

Amazing Location and Perfect Cabin Feel!
The layout of this cabin is unique in that the main living area and kitchen are upstairs but it afforded those who wanted to sleep in the leave and quiet they deserved! Trendy decorations and a spectacular view, we were overly impressed with the stay. Shuttle to downtown is literally right outside the door and runs hourly. Takes your right downtown or to the gondolas for Breck. Great amenities (hot tub and fire place) with two level decks and multiple bathrooms. We slept 9 grown women and it worked out perfect! Loved the stay and will definitely be back!

A wonderful quiet spot in the mountains of Breckinridge!
I would stay here again in a heartbeat as long as we didn’t have dogs staying with us like we did this time. Carrying a 70 lb dog up and down the spiral staircase was a bit much. So, yes, it’s pet friendly but neither dog that stayed us would willingly go near the spiral staircase. The staircase was perfectly manageable for all the rest of our guests. The space was comfortable and just perfect for our Christmas getaway! A foot of snow fell on Christmas Eve. Watching the snow fall from the living room with a fire or being out in the hot tub was so great. We really liked the layout of having beds on one level and the living space on another. The kitchen, dining, and living room as laid out really nicely and it was great for entertaining. And the kids loved the loft! The beds were super comfy. The kitchen is well stocked. The pans were well used however—we prefer to avoid scratched Teflon pans when possible. Overall we had just a wonderful time and we are grateful to have found such a special spot for our holiday!!

Quirky But in a Good Way
Quirky because the only access to the main living floor - kitchen/fireplace - is a metal winding staircase that very few pets and small children will feel comfortable using. This place is the smaller half of a duplex. We didn’t ever hear or see our neighbors though. Cute because everything feels updated, nice decor and furniture, comfortable beds and seating, great hot tub and fire place. We loved it so much we extended our stay one night! It also has spectacular views of the mountains. Truly breathtaking. About 10 minute drive to Main Street from here. Definitely recommend! We would stay here again, even with having to carry our dog and baby up and down those stairs!

Fantastic Cabin Experience
This was our 1st unique cabin experience in Breck and at 10,500'. I was grateful for this Hideout's modern kitchen, comfy king bed, relaxing hot tub, and warmth of a real wood fireplace. We easily made ourselves feel at peace and ease in nature here. A great benefit was being so close to amamzing hiking trails and mountain views. We are thankful for our memories made here; in gratitude to cabin hosts & Vacasa.

Perfect Retreat in the Mountains
This home has everything you would need for a relaxing stay, just far enough away from the city and nestled in the mountains. The hot tub, the king-sized bed, the comforts and amenities that are second-to-none...we really enjoyed it all. Going down the metal, spiral staircase was difficult for our 85 pound black Labrador Retriever to navigate, but we managed to make it work with some practice and coaxing. It's all about depth perception for our four-legged family member! All in all, a great place to spend over a week for a much-needed vacation. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful Remodel, great location but not ADA friendly
They did a fabulous job renovating and remodeling this place. The layout, decor, and access to the loft are a huge upgrade from what it was before. The hot tub and patio are also a beautiful plus. The walkability to trails/hikes such as Baldy can not be beaten. With that being said this is NOT a good place to stay if you have any issues with accessibility. They do mention that the "second floor" is accessible by spiral stairs but leave out that this is the whole house besides the bedrooms plus a very steep additional loft. This needs to be explained a little bit better in the description. We were lucky enough that this did not affect us too much but I could see this being a deal-breaker for many. Unfortunately, another reason for the missing star was based on cleanliness. The counters were dirty, I had to scrub caked-on egg/cheese from them and we had full trash in the Master bedroom that had drinks and tissues from the previous tenants. Also, make sure to ask for the WIFI password well in advance. We could not find it anywhere in the house and had to work while we were there. Did not get a response until late that afternoon and missed a lot of needed work time. All in all, it is a great place to stay with some little hiccups that management needs to address and make sure are taken care of in the future; could be a 5-star listing.

Perfect Getaway
We had such a great time at the Breck Hideout! The space is comfortable and homey and our dog loved exploring the yard. The free shuttle is, at most, a 5 minute walk from the front door. Huge perk not driving anywhere in Breck once you arrive! We enjoyed our coffee on the porch overlooking the mountains every morning and ended our days in the hot tub. Can’t wait to be back, will absolutely stay here again.

Summer Family trip
This house has three bedrooms and full bathroom on the first floor. Up the spiral staircase is the living, kitchen and second bathroom. There is second staircase to the sleeping loft. With the elevation- the spiral staircase was mildly dizzying even for fit people. When booked the description wasn't clear about the space, I would not have booked with this layout. Half the party wasn't able to stay at the house. An outside staircase to the upper deck should be built. Also due to being a new rental google maps was giving wrong location. We had to get out of the car to explore due to being hidden. It is shared drive with condos. Green dumpster in front. There should definitely be a sign. Otherwise the house has nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Adequate kitchen.

Beautiful Stay in the Mountains
We had a great vacation here on the mountains with our family. The decor was lovely and we made good use of the private hot tub. Only bad thing was that the sheets were not clean on some of the beds when we arrived.
