3206 Windsor Court South is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the beautiful landscaped grounds, pool, lagoon and out to the Atlantic Ocean. The carpeted living room has plenty of comfortable seating, 55" Roku TV and access to the balcony, as well as a window wall to take advantage of the view and enhance the natural light. There is also a Queen Sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The kitchen offers granite counter tops, as well as new travertine tile in the entry, kitchen and dining areas, enjoy your vacation in luxury. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs. This open floor plan offers lots of living space.

The master bedroom features a king bed, 32" TV and private bathroom offering a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twins, 20" TV and a private bath. There is great bedroom separation, on each side of the living Room, ensuring privacy for all occupants.

The Windsor Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, restrooms, showers and gas grilling area. There is also an elevator and covered parking.
