Recently updated and brand new furnishings give you the feel of a luxurious hotel with the comfort and space of being in a home. Minutes from the new Pendry Hotel, new restaurants and shops. The main level features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and a cozy family room with a fireplace and a full bathroom. Third level features master bedroom with King bed, fireplace and en suite bathroom, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with queen bed and full bed and a bathroom. Please note this is a 3 level townhome with 2 flights of stairs. All living is on second and third level. 15 minute walk to the top of Canyons Village, or take the cabriolet or free canyons shuttle.
