The stylishly furnished townhouse CASA ALEGRE is located in a small, quiet side street, only about 2 minutes from the plaza, very centrally, in the middle of Soller. CASA ALEGRE was furnished with great attention to detail. You enter the well-kept, stylish, bright town house through the Entrada, in which there is a fireplace and comfortable seating. A small staircase leads to the kitchen with fireplace and dining area for 6 people. 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms are on the 1st Floor. Via the attic with its large living area with another fireplace, you can reach the beautifully planted roof terrace with deck chairs, dining area and view of the Tramuntana Mountains. In the basement there is a utility room with washer / dryer and another bathroom with shower. On the level of the utility room, a door leads into a planted, small patio with a fountain and other seating. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

Beautiful house & great location

Lovely old town house, well equipped and really close to shops, restaurants and great walks. Also not far from the beach. This was our second stay. In particular we like the roof terrace with mountain views.

Sehr schönes Stadthaus in zentraler Lage

Sehr schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung und sehr gute Kommunikation. Auch ohne Klimaanlage ist der Aufenthalt im Sommer angenehm (dank Ventilatoren und Himmelbetten mit Moskitonetzen).

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist groß, verfügt über zwei große Schlafzimmer und einem großen Arbeitsbereich mit einer Dachterasse. Die Küche ist sauber und ordentlich. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Das Haus hat zwei kleine Kühlschränke. Eins davon befindet sich in der Küche, der andere im Vorratsraum vor der Waschküche. Über den Betten im Schlafzimmer hängen Moskitonetze. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen. Leider gibt es keine Spülmaschine. Da wir im Juli/August da waren war es spürbar, dass im Haus keine Klimaanlage da war. Es gibt aber Ventilatoren im Haus. Im Arbeitszimmer sind Bücher zum lesen vorhanden und wenn man mal zum Strand möchte sind einige Accessoires wie ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden.

Beautiful House

Sóller is a beautiful little town. We had some days at the beach at the port and there are some lovely walks in the surrounding hills. This house is very well located, so close to the main square in Sóller where there are plenty of good restaurants. The house itself is a lovely place to be. There’s an airy sitting space on the top floor, a roof terrace with fantastic views of the mountains, and on the ground floor another sitting area which is cooler on really hot days. Two really nice bedrooms. All with lots of character. The kitchen, and the house generally are well equipped - we had all we needed for our stay. There’s a really good supermarket just round the corner. We would highly recommend it.

Very god and central location of the house. Easy to get around. Bedrooms a little hot thougt, with no aircondition. Landlord easy to comunicate with. We had a lovely time. Best recomendations

Gem in the center of Soller

We spent a wonderful week in Soller. The flat was easy to check into, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking the streets of Soller and hanging out in the center like a local (which my children did until late into the night). Be mindful that there is no air con and during a heat wave it gets quite hot. There are fans, however, if you’re not able to stand very hot heat it may be troublesome. Other than that I’d recommend 100%.

Une maison idéalement située, au centre mais au calme de Soller. un des plus beaux spots de Majorque. Une maison parfaitement décorée, dans le respect des codes Majorquins mais avec une certaine modernité. Super confort. Des interlocuteurs à votre écoute, réactifs et avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Amazing house, great location and perfect roof terrace

Communication with the host was excellent, the house was possibly the cleanest house we have stayed in, full of character throughout and feels very homely and comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable and has great mosquito nets on the beds. Loads of seating and cushions provided for the roof terrace which gives amazing views and perfect for stargazing. Located less than 100 yards from main square yet no sound at all carries to the house. It’s a 10 minute drive to the Port of Soller which has great beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Can Ribes does the best Paella and is located on the hill to the right hand side of the port. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend this property enough.

Lovely traditional townhouse

Lovely old traditional townhouse, right in the heart of Soller. Just a few moments from the buzzing square and Bartolemeau church, however, a quiet little street, so no noise disturbance. Very well equipped and clearly loved and used by the owners. Only complaint, the weather was extremely humid and no air con, plenty of fans, but due to the very hot weather, they were not sufficient to keep us cool. We would highly recommend this property to anyone

The house was very clean and extremely charming. It was our first time in Soller and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Nele was very quick and polite to communicate with.

Soller Town House

The house was beautiful and well equipped. Very spacious with an excellent roof terrace that had sun all day. Its position in the centre of Soller was perfect with easy access to local shops and restaurants. Didn't need a car and used the local bus service

Erholsamer Urlaub mit vielen Wanderungen rund um Soller in sehr schönem Dorfhaus

Sehr schönes Dorfhaus auf mehreren Ebenen, geschmackvoll renoviert und eine weiter Blick von der schönen Dachterrasse auf über die benachbarten Dorfhäuser in die Berge rund um Soller. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Die Nähe zum Dorfplatz mit Cafés und Restaurants war gut, der kleine Markt u.a. mit frischen Baguettes morgens lag um die Ecke, gleichzeitig war es im / am Haus sehr ruhig. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, wir haben super geschlafen. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

De locatie was geweldig, het huis stijlvol. De trappen glad en gevaarlijk, zelfde kleur als vloer .

Traptreden vooral van slaapkamer naar badkamer de drie treden, slecht te onderscheiden van de vloer, eraf gegleden, gevallen en 3 tenen gebroken. Het water was te heet, hand verbrand!

Stylish sunshine in Soller

The property is a stylish town house, well positioned to access all that Soller has to offer. We were greeted with a collection of wine to enjoy and some really useful details on the property and area. The house is easy on the eye, with some lovely design touches and is laid out over 4 floors. It was very hot when we arrived mid august (touching 39 degrees) so the one fan in the house was not really adequate for cooling things down, the nights were very hot and sticky and leaving the windows open is not really an option as noise carries in these traditional town houses. However once we had sussed the local parking rules everything else was just great - I would recommend the house and hope to return one day soon.

Cozy stylish and well equipped townhouse in center of Sóller

Very nice and well renovated house in modern style. You experience its not just a house for rent, but the owners also lives here. Well equipped with kitchen gear, washing and well functioning bath rooms. Nice terrace with great view although many stairs from the kitchen. Centrally located only a few minutes from the central square and good shopping in the small good shops. Very soft beds, so I slept on the floor on a mattress. I warm periods also a warm house, since cooling is missing. Beware of neighbors cats - it enters through windows and enjoy your leftovers. Free parking only on outskirts of city 10-15 minutes walking away. Driving in center of city is a labyrinth.
