At the foot of the famous long beach in Les Sables d'Olonne, with its cycle path and beach huts, and close to all amenities (pedestrian streets, restaurants, Les Halles market, etc.), this studio apartment is sure to make your holiday a pleasant one!

The accommodation comprises an entrance hall with two 90cm bunk beds, a functional, well-equipped living room with a 140cm sofa bed, two chest of drawers, an armchair, a dining table and chairs with a clear view of the ocean, TV and WiFi.
The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, etc.
A bathroom with WC; fitted with a bath, hairdryer and vanity unit with storage space.

To complete the accommodation, there is a cupboard in the entrance hall with a washing machine.

There is free parking in the town centre streets.
