We love to share our passion for the beautiful Space Coast of Florida. This condo has a Superb Location in Cocoa Beach and a fantastic East end of the complex directly behind the oceanfront building and closest to the ocean! Kick off your shoes and walk to the beach or the heated pool! Amazing views will astound you in those space shots! Proximity to all restaurants, shopping, golf, churches, and easy access to Orlando and other attractions! Plenty of parking with tennis & bocci ball!
Why they chose this property
It's in a great location in the middle of Cocoa Beach. Enjoy the shuffleboard, tennis, community pool, and beach with family or friends. It's all right there. I almost forgot: There are great views of the rocket launches from the beach!
