Photos were great, however, when we entered there were dirty hand marks on wall, doors, etc. shower tiles looked as if they have never been cleaned. Toilet paper holders were broke, towel racks were broke, shower curtains had mold or something all over bottom. Then we heard gun shots outside window.

Not again
Property was not clean. Good location for what we went for. It was not kept up, lots of broken things in the place. Will not stay there again. I have pictures of the place, but not sure how to add them.
Booked this place for 3 elder family members. The place was exactly as described and very clean. It's also nicely decorated. The location was supreme. We spent most our time in Midtown. The neighborhood was also quiet. My family members are in their 70s, so they loved that the building had an elevator. There were some minor repairs needed, but nothing major or unsafe. The host was communicative and patient. We wouldn't hesitate to book this place again.
The Good-I liked the central location. The beds were comfortable. Appreciated the washer and dryer.
The Bad-I didn't feel like either bathroom was as clean as I would like. Dirty grout, mildew on the shower curtain, mildew in the other shower. Not horrible, but not great. The building also smells like weed. I don't think much can be done about this but it is worth noting if that smell bothers you because you can definitely smell it in the apartment.
The In Between - No garage parking for guests. Not great but street parking is plentiful and I felt safe leaving my car there. Just something to keep in mind. Also-no ceiling fans or fans of any kind. AC worked fine but I know many ppl appreciate some air circulation.
We stayed for a trade show in Atlanta at the Georgia World Congress Center. The apartment was easy to find and close enough to drive to the arena district in about 10 to 15 minutes. The home was exactly as described in the listing, very clean and well decorated. I felt very safe inside the building and the rooftop patio gave a great view of the city. I only had one occasion to contact the owner (nothing negative, just a question) and we received a response within minutes of my email.
The only negative that I can say is not for the home but for the neighborhood in general. On the third night of our stay, we were accosted on the street and asked for change. When we brushed off the encounter and entered the building, the man tried to pull on the building door to follow us inside. We were very grateful that the building is locked to non-residents and only accessible with the key fob. Despite this incident, we felt very safe and would absolutely stay in this location on future trips to Atlanta.
The apartment was convenient to all our weekend activities, parking was no issue and felt safe the entire time. We rated this property a 4 because the apartment needs to be maintained. Examples - one of the closest doors (hot water heater closet) was not even attached to the closet casing, the futon couch would not lock in the upright position so you had to make sure it was propped againist the wall and the bench seat at the kitchen table was missing a couple screws so the padding was not stable. And lastly, the twin bed is a cot which was not that comfortable.

Not what I was expecting!
The listing said it accommodates 5 people and there is a twin bed but that’s not true. There was a very small dingy mattress in the laundry closet. I clearly stated there was 5 people in our party, but we only received 4 towels & washcloths. There was long brown hairs all over the bed in the master bedroom. Our instructions stated not to remove the bed linens. I wonder if they wash them because it looked dingy. The blue couch was filthy! There was stains all over it. It almost looked like sweat and semen. The bathroom by the front door smelled liked urine and the bathtub was dirty. The shower curtain was dirty and covered in mildew. The furniture was very cheap. There was a bunch of products left behind from other people I assume in the bathroom including bars of soap… Gross! The location is good. Rachel I think the owner communicated the entire time.
Home was very clean and looked just like the pics. Check in process was very smooth. Be sure to not to park close to pedestrian crossing, I received a ticket. This is no fault of the host. Loved our stay and would recommend.
The condo was as advertised fairly new comfortable there was an extra folding bed which came in handy, instructions for check in was clear and easy to find. There is street parking and we didn't have a problem finding ca vlose spot, just make sure to stay 20' from the crosswalk, we got a ticket.
We stayed here while in town for a concert and it was great. The apartment was super clean, and looked exactly like the photos. It was a short drive to the venue. The only negative was having to find street parking rather than be able to park in the garage, but the area felt safe enough to do so and it wasn’t too hard to find a spot. Will definitely be booking it again whenever I visit Atlanta.
The property was well secured and located in a decent neighborhood. We didn’t have to drive far for most activities. The price was not outrageous. This was by far the best place we’ve stayed in inside of Atlanta/the area so far!
It was very clean and the instructions made it very easy to access the apartment. The only thing is that there is no parking garage. We had to park in front of the unit on the street. But the area was safe so there was no issues with street parking. I would definitely stay here again.
Overall our stay was very pleasant. There was a slight mishap with which lockbox the key was located but that was eventually solved. The property is exactly as pictured. The only two cons I have was communication (I never got someone on the phone no matter how many times I called I would just get a text back instead) & the unit parking not being included in the booking. I think it’s important to know that will have to find street parking if you book this host. It was too much of a hassle to find however we did have two cars which made it annoying to have to always find parking. Other than that it was a great stay. We would definitely rebook and revisit but this time with only one car
This was the perfect spot for me and my bestfriend to celebrate her bd. I wanted something quiet and conservative. It was also clean, smelled amazing and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again 10/10.💋
We loved this property! It’s a new building and perfect location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from spices to coffee and extra cleaning supplies. The place was clean and the owner was extremely responsive. The beds were basic but absolutely comfortable. We had everything we needed. The decor was cute. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.
