Downtown Annapolis Condo w/ Free Parking + Coffee

This newly constructed property brings chic, low-maintenance living to the heart of the Arts District in Annapolis.

No parties, events, or large gatherings!

Week long stay discount is 20%!
Month long stay discount is 30%!

Pets are only $100 per stay!
Additional guests are $15 per person per night :)

For stays greater than 90+ days, ask host about leasing to avoid service fees. Monthly rates start at $5,000!

We would be happy to accommodate flexible check in and check out times if available!

The space
The property is an elegant, two-bedroom corner residence with a highly coveted formal foyer. The kitchen, featuring an accent island with storage, opens directly into the living space for optimal entertaining flow. With walk-in closets in both bedrooms, a large foyer closet, and ample kitchen cabinetry, the Royal maximizes usable space at every turn. The covered balcony allows for a refreshing indoor-outdoor entertaining space that is perfect for a quiet afternoon or an al fresco dinner.
Guest access
Annapolis is a very accessible city! Most destinations will be within walking distance of the property. There is also free public transportation called the Circulator. This trolley is available daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
Other things to note
This is our first home! We are working toward creating multiple VRBO listings for our guests to enjoy all over the country (and possibly even the world). Thank you for helping us on our journey toward accomplishing our dreams.

The unit has a Ring video doorbell. This is not actively monitored, but may be reviewed if there are concerns during the stay. Guests must be in compliance with the number of guests, party, pet, and smoking policies amongst other things.

The unit is professionally cleaned by a local cleaner from the Eastern Shore!

The security deposit is to ensure all keys and fobs are returned prior to check-out.

Fantastic!
Wonderful apartment. Great hosts and very easy check in/check out process. Spotless, great space (including lovely outdoor porch) with everything we could possibly need. Was perfect for our combo work remotely/vacation week, with desks in each bedroom. And we loved the location, in close walking distance to downtown and many great restaurants in the neighborhood. We hope to be back soon!

We had the best weekend visiting our son at the Naval Academy. This condo was absolutely perfect for what we needed and where we needed to be located. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our quick getaway. We will surely stay here again!

Attractive condo in Annapolis
We had the pleasure of staying here for 7 nights in Annapolis! Conveniently located to the USNA, Main Street shopping/restaurants, and the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The house is beautifully-decorated and furnished including desks in each bedroom. Well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. We enjoyed relaxing on the covered balcony and the designated parking spot was especially helpful. Very quiet building. Ellen was communicative as questions arose before and during our stay. We loved staying in this home!

Simply Amazing
My husband and I booked this little getaway for my 40th birthday. It immediately felt like home. You can tell a lot of love went into this place. I enjoyed a good book out on the terrace while it was pouring rain! Also loved being a short walk away from the water and all of the cute shops and restaurants. I even got to enjoy some time at a nearby spa. Check in was a breeze. The only downside was that the AC was down and they weren't able to get a tech out in time. Other than that, it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

141 West St A Must Place to Stay!!
This is a beautiful property with a great location in downtown Annapolis. Walking to dinner and dining under the stars was a wonderful treat. The condo was immaculate with all the items you would need. Ellen was wonderful to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again next year. The coffee shop downstairs was a huge bonus with delightful, freshly made pastries.

Lovely clean properties with everything you will need. Spent lots of time on the balcony. Very walkable location and centrally located. 10 minute walk to Naval Academy and St. Johns. Lots of local restaurants. I will recommended this condo to friends.

Absolutely Amazing!
We had an excellent stay here in Annapolis! My friend and I were in town for a wedding and needed a place in town and this condo was perfect! Ellen was great and easy to communicate with which made our accommodations a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Annapolis! Can't wait to come back again:)

Outstanding!
My mom and I were in town for a wedding. Ellens place was the perfect location. Super clean and quiet, the condo felt was if we were home. An easy walk to everywhere. I would love to come back again. Great communication from host. You can't go wrong if you goal is to find a quiet place to enjoy Annapolis.
