The Space:
After a long day of exploring, unwind in this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that will accommodate up to 4 guests.
As you enter the front door, walk down the hall, where you will see the living room with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a queen size pullout. The room features a wood fireplace where you can feel the warmth of the fire circulating around the house. Wind down while watching your favorite show in our flat screen TV along with a cup of hot cocoa. A sliding glass door is located in the living room, right next to the fireplace, which opens to let in fresh mountain air. The kitchen features an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, a mini fridge, and everything else you'll need to cook a delicious meal. The kitchen also has a bar with 3 stools where you can enjoy each other's company over dinner. Snuggle up and relax in the bedroom that features a queen size bed, the perfect place to recharge for your next day of adventures. Located right next to the bedroom is a full bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. The bathroom can also be accessed through the living room.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, along with one free parking space in the garage, and shared laundry facilities on-site conveniently located right next door to the left. Large SUV's & trucks will not fit in the garage, the clearance for the parking garage is 6'6".
The Neighborhood:
The condo has an amazing location right in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Feel free to walk along Main Street and discover shops, restaurants, bars, museums, and many other activities you won't want to miss. The gondola and ski lifts are all within a 10-minute walking distance. All of Breck will be at your fingertips at this stunning location.
Getting Around:
From this centrally located condo, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions, ski lifts, and even the grocery store. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. The BreckConnect Gondola and Quicksilver chair lift will take you to your favorite ski resorts. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Large SUV's & trucks will not fit in the garage, the clearance for the parking garage is 6'6".
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
Please note that guests share laundry. Coin-operated on same floor. Turn right and go down the hall after leaving the unit. To the left is a room. Under-sink detergent is offered. Please consider the environment when setting water levels and cycle times.
