The home is conveniently located 2.5 miles from downtown Clemson with restaurants and shopping!The home is very spacious with room to spread out and relax while enjoying your visit to Clemson. With a large living room and large TV, there is plenty of room to relax indoors together. The home has a large outdoor deck with plenty of seating and space to play games such as corn hole as well as relax and enjoy the outdoors! The 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sleeps up to 10 people. The primary bedroom is extra large and has 2 Queen beds, making it the perfect space for families. The very large en suite bathroom in the primary bedroom features a large soaker tub and a large walk in shower as well as 2 sinks. The other 3 bedrooms of the home have Queen size beds and plenty of closet space.The home also features an office with a desk, a sitting room with a couch and extra chairs to relax in. The fully equipped kitchen is a great space to make meals for your group to enjoy together. The kitchen features a gas stove and oven. There is a breakfast nook in the kitchen with seating for 2. The separate dining room with table that seats 8 is located right off of the kitchen.The laundry room off of the kitchen has a front loader washer and dryer available for guest use.Please note: the fireplace is not operational. There are security cameras located on the outside of the home at the front door, facing the driveway and facing the back deck.
