Flora House 3

Beautiful vacation complex located in the small village of Macerino, in the green Umbrian countryside with beautiful views over the valley and the surrounding woods. The property has been divided into 3 pretty apartments, furnished in typical Umbrian style and fully equipped. Each apartment has a private outdoor area with table and chairs. Guests also have access to a large communal garden with table, chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas and panoramic swimming pool. 1 baby crib available (on request and free of charge). On the property there is a restaurant where you can taste Umbrian specialties. The Umbria region gives its visitors a sense of peace and tranquility, and amidst the rolling hills you will find a variety of ancient hermitages and monasteries, where saints such as St. Francis of Assisi once lived. The property is conveniently located for visiting interesting art cities such as Perugia, Gubbio, Orvieto, Spoleto, Città di Castello, Spello and Todi after a short drive. The facility also organizes dinners, lunches and celebrations for special occasions. The pool is occasionally used by customers of the restaurant. When the pool is used for ceremonies and restaurant parties, Novasol clients have reserved lounge chairs and outdoor area. See also IUS250-251-252.

Posto bello nella natura. Consiglio di non aver problemi nella guida in strade sterrate. La strada che viene da Portaria è ok quella per andare in direzione Spoleto è abbastanza mal messa, ma non terribile. Macerino è un paese carinissimo e durante la settimana, quando il ristorante è chiuso, la sera c'è quiete e silenzio. La mattina posto incantato in cui svegliarsi. Un po’ scomodo se si vuole usare come base e girare l’umbria, perfetto invece se si ricerca una vacanza più relax e stanziale. Purtroppo la piscina era ancora chiusa per la stagione.

Un posto bellissimo!

Una bellissima sorpresa la conferma di un panorama stupendo in un contesto intimo e molto ben gestito. Gli appartamenti sono perfettamente attrezzati, puliti e ben arredati. La piscina (con acqua salata!!!) è pulitissima, profonda al punto giusto per chiunque ed arredata con lettini comodissimi ed ombrelloni. Il panorama è splendido. Roberta, la proprietaria, è molto accogliente e disponibile. E' inoltre un 'ottima cuoca ed è possibile mangiare molto bene nel suo ristorante proprio adiacente alla struttura, altrimenti anche un piccolo minimarket vi può rifornire del necessario. Per raggiungere questo posto le strade non sono comodissime, ma proprio questo lo mantiene assolutamente unico.
