Newly decorated, fully modernized NR apartment with fireplace and former farmhouse. Wonderful quiet secluded location. Family-friendly and suitable for allergy sufferers. Ideal for walkers and bikers, with P-way connector.

Plenty of space for up to 7 people and indoors: The 40 m² large living room invites you with a cozy sitting area with flat screen TV to relax in front of the stove a. Additional dining / work table.
Home cooks find everything your heart desires: kitchen with large fridge-freezer, work surfaces, ceramic hob & oven, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery, coffee maker, dishwasher.
Sleep well: One bedroom with a double bed and exposed-beam ceilings farmhouse and one with bunk beds (suitable for adults). Extra beds for two persons in the living room with a surcharge. Baby cot can be provided free of charge. Laminate and tile flooring, bedding down-free. All rooms with views of the countryside.
Even in the bathroom all green: well-lit bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. Additional guest toilet.

Bedding, all towels included in the price.

We speak English and French.

Our family has lived since 1850 on this property - currently four people from three generations. Occasionally you meet your hosts. The apartment is completely separate ground floor and has its own entrance. Upon request we offer a shopping service and fill the fridge-freezer prior to arrival - Standard, BIO or vegetarian. Court Kahlenberg is located at the far end of the hamlet Blemke in beautiful, absolutely quiet secluded location: Above us only sky and forest. The property is yet conveniently: 1,5 kilometers to the B 236th Supermarkets, bakeries, retail, several bikers supply stores / bike workshops within from 2.5 to 5 kilometers.

Adventure AquaMagis (water, fitness, sauna, spa) and horseback riding a few miles away.

Abschalten und dem Hobby fröhnen
Wir haben uns die FeWo ausgesucht weil wir uns was ruhiges gewünscht haben um uns unserem Hobby dem Nähen zu widmen. Dafür war der Ort perfekt geeignet insbesondere durch das große Wohnzimmer mit einer separaten Sitzgelegenheit die Platz für 5 verschiedene Maschinen geboten hat. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Wer etwas ruhigeres sucht ist hier richtig.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut und sauber. Alles hat prima funktioniert. Schoene Umgebung auch. Fuer ein paar Tage war es prima. Die Wohnung ist mitten im Wald. Fuer etwas aeltere Kinder ist fuer langere Zeit nicht viel zu tun bei der Wohnung (im Herbst)

Idylle und Erholung
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für 4 Tage in den Osterferien 2022 gebucht und als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren genutzt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr idyllisch im Wald an einem Berg. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Erwähnenswert sind die vielen Spiele vor Ort - da hätten wir unsere Eigenen gar nicht mitbringen müssen 😉. Morgens und Abends konnten wir den Rehen auf der Pferdekoppel hinter dem Haus beim Äsen zuschauen - für unsere Kinder eines von vielen Highlights. Direkt vor dem Haus verläuft ein kleiner Bach und es gibt einen kleinen Teich - ein weiteres Highlight unserer Kinder 😀. Abends haben wir uns den Kamin angemacht, die Flammen und die wohlige Wärme genossen. Kurzum: unsere Kinder haben sich bereits festgelegt und möchten wiederkommen und dem werden wir sehr wahrscheinlich auch entsprechen 😀!

Reichlich Platz in schöner Umgebung
Wir hatten drei Schlafzimmer, dazu noch eine geräumige gut ausgestattete Küche und ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer. Wir hatten keinen Handyempfang, dafür aber WLAN. Und es ist wirklich sehr ruhig, ideal um vom Großstadtstress abzuschalten.

Tolle Lage, viel Platz
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Viel Platz in der Wohnung, die direkte Nähe zum Wald und der tolle Ausblick in die Natur und auf die Pferdekoppel hat nicht nur unsere 3 Kinder begeistert. Es gibt schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe und man kann direkt von der Wohnung aus loswandern. Vielen Dank für einen leider viel zu kurzen Aufenthalt.

Schöne große Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick
Wir hatten mit 5 Erwachsenen angenehm viel Platz und waren neben dem riesigen Wohnzimmer und dem Blick aus den Fenstern sehr angetan von der Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Kaffee, Bettzeug, Handtüchern etc. was die Vorbereitung sehr entspannt gemacht hat. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man gerne möglichst wenig andere Menschen treffen möchte in einem frei stehenden Haus direkt am Wald. Zum Ort mit guter Zuganbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur 2.5km (allerdings zu Fuß mit viel Strecke entlang der Straße). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen nochmal zu kommen.

Sehr schöne Lage ausserhalb des Ortes am Waldrand. Sehr netter Empfang und guten Kontakt mit der Vermiterin die mit ihrer Familie über der Ferienwohnung wohnt. Geräumig bis gross und gut ausgestattet. Einziger Haken: Kein Netz und kein Wifi in der Wohnung. Nur ein sehr schwacher Empfang an einer kleinen Stelle im Hof.

Absolut empfehlenswert, wen man Entspannung in der Natur sucht. Traumhafte Lage, rundum Blick auf Wald und Wiese. Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern direkt vor der Tür. Sehr helle geräumige Wohnung, in der es alles gibt, was man für ein paar Tage braucht, sauber und gepflegt. Danke an die nette Vermieter, es war sehr schöner Kurzurlaub.

Sehr zu empfehlen - idyllisch in der Natur
Wir hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit. Die Größe der Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und die Temperatur behaglich. Durch die Lage am Waldrand kommt man gut zur Ruhe und erholt sich. Gleichzeitig bestehen gute Einkaufs- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieterin und die Familie am Hof sind freundlich.

Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt am Ende eines schmalen Weges und direkt am Beginn der Wanderwege. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf Wiesen und Wälder. Alles sehr gut!

Tolle Ferienwohnung im Grünen!
Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Auch der nette Empfang, durch Sabine und ihre Familie, ist etwas was man nicht überall findet. Unsere Kinder (2 1/2 & 5 1/2 Jahre alt) und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schönes Wochenende im Sauerland
Unsere Buchung fiel leider krankheitsbedingt ins Wasser. Kulanterweise durften wir am Folgewochenende anreisen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende im Sauerland verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt total idyllisch, war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben Burg Altena, Aqua Magis und die Atta-Höhle besucht, was wir alles sehr empfehlen können. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.
