Top floor with unobstructed view of the gulf with a front row seat to see the sunrise. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath is the perfect getaway! THE ELEVATOR WILL BE OUT OF SERVICE SEPTEMBER 3-OCTOBER 31 WHILE THEY REPLACE THE EXISTING ELEVATOR. WE ARE THE TOP FLOOR AND IT IS WALKING UP FOUR FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. COVERED PARKING WILL BE UNAVAILABLE DURING THIS AND PARKING WILL BE OUTSIDE THE BUILDING. This renovated unit has been completely remodeled with new interior and exterior paint, light fixtures, flooring and appliances. The furniture is high end and comfort was a priority. The beach walkway is directly next to the condo. The largest floor plan in Pointe West has plenty of room for your family and friends. Access to all of the wonderful Pointe West amenities. Wristbands are required for access and cost $25 per person over the age of three and are good for your entire stay. From the lazy river, infinity pool, gym, game room, trails, fishing pond, pickleball court and basketball court you have plenty of options to choose from.

Great little vacation getaway

We rented this condo for a family reunion Memorial weekend and it was so perfect. Any communication I had with the manager was so easy. The home was updated and very clean and great price for being beach front. We will definitely keep this condo as our go to for our next family reunion.

Amazing Condo!

We had an amazing stay at Firefly Retreat. It was truly a home away from home with everything we needed! It was very spacious with a super nice balcony porch overlooking the ocean with very nice furniture and chairs for everyone! I loved the glider rockers and spent a lot of time just taken it all in with a very nice breeze! Annagrace is awesome!! From booking to leaving, she responded immediately with any questions we had. I have rented quite a few condos and this was by far the best owner I have ever worked with! Very well maintained property and super clean as well! We will be back!!!

Time to rest and recharge!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo at Pointe West. Annagrace was the most communicative host I've ever had using VRBO. Definitely a plus!! Beds are AMAZING! Towels were also top-notch, and the kitchen is very well stocked with equipment if you like to cook. We had plenty of space to do things together and separately. We enjoyed the theater seating on the occasional rainy day when we watched movies together. We loved the on-site restaurant- that was so handy! Food was excellent, and most of the entrees are priced well. It's a bit of a drive into Galveston, but the peace and quiet you have at Pointe West is worth staying a little farther off the beaten path. The only downside was the mosquitoes. This is something totally outside of the host's control, and they did provide some insect repellent. Be sure you bring a little extra. We've stayed at Pointe West before, and I don't remember it being this bad. Galveston's had a LOT of rain this spring and I'm sure that's a reason they are so prolific this year. You will enjoy working with this host and using this condo. It's very central to the beach walkover, which was super convenient.

Galveston Paradise!

There are not enough accolades with which to compliment Anna Grace’s condo! It was perfect in every way. The condo itself is very large and extremely clean. Each of the three bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size. The living area has plenty of space so that no one feels crowded. The front balcony is huge with an amazing front-on view and side view of the ocean. There is great quality outdoor furniture on this balcony, including two slide rocking chairs. This space easily can accommodate your party having an outdoor meal. The condo is fully stocked. Anna Grace has thought of everything one might need. Best of all, Anna Grace has provided high quality items that serve to make a stay away from home exceptionally comfortable. Specifically: the toilet paper is thick and soft, the towels are thick and plush, the beds are very comfortable, the linens are high quality, and there are plenty of big coffee cups. In addition, the kitchen is fully stocked with good quality items. The Pointe West resort is lovely. We hung out at the heated pool area and enjoyed every minute. The resort’s grounds are extremely well maintained. Anna Grace is absolutely lovely! I have rented condos through VRBO in many parts of the world, and Anna Grace is by far the most kind and gracious host that I have encountered. My family can hardly wait to return!

Very Enjoyable!

I was very pleased with the set up in the Kitchen especially. Plenty of items I did bring but if I didn’t they were there. The rest of the home was nicely set up and prepped with necessities too. Made the stay very comfortable. Clean as well. I could tell the touches to some areas with details. I would be interested in seeing if this host has other properties for us for next year. We would be needing a little bit larger. Made our visit with our family very enjoyable and memorable. View and beach distance was wonderful!!

The NEW HIGH STANDARD

We have stayed in quite a few nice places on Galveston Island, but hands down, this is the new high standard by which I will rate all other places. Not only was the unit beautiful, well appointed, and comfortable, but the owners were very responsive to my emails, but they were proactive and emailed us to let us know what was happening in the community. The locker with beach chairs, toys, etc was so helpful and made life so much easier. There is a very nice outdoor shower and water hose so you can rinse off, put the beach chairs away in the locker and go to the unit. I will come back here. My entire family loved it.

Galveston 2023

I have to admit that this is the cleanest place I have stayed in a few years and we’ve been going to the beach for 30+ years. The owner was available for all our questions.She also provided some amenities that made staying there really enjoyable. The patio area is great!!We really enjoyed being able to use the pools at the resort. Overall a really relaxing good time.

🌴Above the Palm Trees 🌴Watching & Listening To The Gulf 🌊L@@k No Further!

We loved spending almost a week at this property, the pictures didn't do it justice. We were very comfortable with all of the accommodations, everything was very clean and well kept, the decor was modern & warm. Our favorite seats in the house were on the larger of the 2 balconies, where we could watch the waves of the Gulf crash onto the shore as well as you could see a view of the water on the Bay side. We rented a golf cart, which made it easier for our family to get to the resorts lazy river and kiddie pool or in the opposite direction the Infinity pool & hot tubs. There is an elevator to get up to the condo which was a plus as well as the furniture had several electric recliners. There was a handy built in Air Fryer in oven. There is a couple extra fans & blankets (which was great) Overall, everything went really well, the owner was great, personal & promptly answered any questions we had. We would absolutely love staying here again!

Relaxing weekend

The condo was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the beach. The location right next to the walkway to the beach was super convenient. There was plenty of room for us and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony with a view of the beach and the gentle breeze. Communication with the owner was easy, and she was super helpful. We’ll stay here again if we get another weekend away.

Great place to stay!

We stay at Pointe West every summer, and so far this has been our favorite condo. Would definitely stay here again! Condo was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. Also, great view of the beach from the balcony.

Beach, chairs, deck!

We've stayed at beach many times. This property was outstanding. The beach access was super close. Owner had abundant chairs and a wagon! The beach was beautiful, peaceful, and uncrowded. The unit had awesome reclining chairs and we loved the deck furnishings and generous deck size. Had a couple of hiccups but owner was quick to remedy. Lots of dishes, glassware, utensils for all our needs. Would stay there again!

Relaxation City

Not only was the condo ideal but perfect weather, no crowds and a comfortable place to stay made this one of the most relaxing vacations ever. The condo on the 3rd floor made for great views, the balcony furniture had the tall chairs that you could look out over the railings and see the beach. Inside, comfortable furniture and well stocked with whatever you may need. Very clean and well decorated. This will be our first choice next time to stay in.

Wonderful stay

The ocean view was amazing and quick walk to beach. The beach was great and had no vehicle traffic. The beach club resort was also very nice. The condo was quiet, well-stocked, roomy, and beautifully appointed. The owner, Annagrace, was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great Place. We will definitely come back again!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! When we first walked in, we immediately noticed how clean the place was. The furniture (indoor and balconies) are all new and super nice (fancy/luxury for our taste). The recliners were so comfortable. The rocking chairs in the balcony were everyone's favorite. We had a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The beds were comfortable. The place was very spacious for a family of 8 adults and 1 toddler. The open layout from the living area and dining area allowed for great family time! We loved that there were 3 bathrooms, especially when we got back from the beach and everyone wanted to quickly shower. This place is so close to the beach walkover and made going to the beach super convenient. There is not a ramp for the bridge, so pack lightly or just bring a bunch of strong people to help lift things up and down the stairs. You can purchase wristbands to use the Pointe West Beach Club amenities. We really liked the resort-style pool. We asked our family for feedback on the place, and everyone's response was, "It was perfect!" Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your place and providing the perfect experience!

Hi! I'm Annagrace and I am a long term and short term property manager. My husband and I have two young boys and we have been traveling to Pointe West for years. We knew we wanted to purchase a property and looked for two years until one finally came up that was exactly what we wanted.

Why they chose this property

We love this condo because of its' unobstructed view of the ocean from almost every window. The patio is large and has plenty of room for a large group. Whether it is sipping coffee in the rocking chairs, or having dinner at the table you have the perfect setting to enjoy these.
We have done extensive renovations in the past year. The entire interior has been painted(walls, trim, and ceiling) and accent walls have been added. All of the kitchen appliances are new as well. We have replaced the flooring, mirrors and light fixtures. We selected comfortable mattress and couches because this is our home away from home as well.
The layout is comfortable for multiple families. The main bedroom is on one side of the condo with a large private closet. The closet is big enough for a pack n play to be set up in. On the other side of the condo are two bedrooms, one also having its' own private bathroom.
The kitchen is spacious with plenty of room for cooking and being able to move around.

What makes this property unique

We think we have the best view on the island! There are no building in the way and there is a decent amount of space to the next condo. Since we are on the top floor it there is no noise from the floor above you. It feels very private even though you are at a resort.
