Indoor Areas:
The home is great for groups looking for stairless spaces. The only staircase in this home is to the loft.

This quiet 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features;
-Master bedroom: 1 king bed and full bathroom
-2nd bedroom: 1 queen bed with entrance to the screened-in sunroom
-3rd bedroom: 1 bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and twin size on top.

-Loft: the newly refurbished loft features a Tv, (twin) bed size reading nook, and 2 twin trundle beds that act as a sectional couch. The perfect space for the kids.

-Glassed-in backroom with entrance onto the backyard and patio. Enjoy beautiful views and Pocono forestry while playing games and gathering with the family. We provide tons of board games!

-Screened-in sunroom fully furnished with trendy decor providing perfect views of the backyard and firepit.

-Wood stove fireplace, wood is provided for the convenience of our guests.

There are 2 Smart TVs in the home; a 40" in the loft and a 36" pull-out Smart TV in the Master Bedroom.

Outdoor Areas:
-Cozy up by our outside firepit. The fire pit sits on a bed of red rocks with hanging lights surrounding it for an even cooler experience. It's complete with 4 Adirondack chairs (2 of which are "senior height" for easier sitting), plenty of extra lawn chairs in the garage, and we even provide wood for our guests.

What to do this winter?
Check out Jack Frost Mountain and ski one of its 20 trails - difficulties range from beginner to advance, and don't forget snow tubing.! (10 minutes away)

Lake Guenevere includes a sand beach for swimming all summer long, a lifeguard on duty during weekends, a volleyball court, and a kids playground! (1 mile away). Lake Kathryn is where you can enjoy catch and release fishing and tennis courts for some competitive fun (0.4 miles away). Rent paddleboards, canoes, and kayaks at the Pocono Boat House (conveniently located less than 2 miles away) for an enjoyable lake day.
