Large House in Forest Setting-Amazing Views-Hot Tub-Game Room-Coaster Passes-A/C

The Majestic Pines Mountain House (EP 3064) is a beautiful and comfortable 3,644 sq ft house in a forest setting with a tall vaulted ceiling and large windows.
➡Enjoy stunning views of Twin Sisters and Longs Peak.
➡Relax in the private hot tub after a day of sightseeing or hiking.
➡Ride the mountain coaster with unlimited ride passes (see below).
➡Easily drive to RMNP (Only 6 miles).
➡Play arcade games, air hockey, foosball, Nintendo Switch games.
➡Sleep on king beds.
➡Park in the heated garage.

The house has 3 unlimited ride passes to the Mustang Mountain Coaster that you are welcome to use during your stay. A 3-pack of tickets costs $35 so if 3 people were to ride 3 times each, this is a $105 value. Zip through the forest at nearly 30 mph or take it slow and enjoy the scenery down 3,000 ft of track. You can ride the coaster alone or with a passenger. The coaster is located at 1180 Dry Gulch Rd in Estes Park, which is a 5 mile drive (approximately 10 minutes) from the house. Days and hours are limited during the winter and the coaster may be closed during inclement weather. Please note that there is a $250 replacement fee for each pass that is missing from the house upon check-out.

Due to my house cleaner's schedule, I am unable to make arrangements for an early check in or a late check out. On the day of check in, I will send you a message as soon as the house is ready to go. (The house is typically ready to go between 3pm and 4pm.)

My insurance company does not allow for any open flames or outdoor smoking at the house due to fire risk.

The house is connected to the town's new Trailblazer fiber optic gigabit internet service and the hot tub is available year round.

During the autumn, winter, and spring, it can be helpful to bring a vehicle with 4WD / AWD. The town generally does a good job of plowing and sanding the roads in the neighborhood in a timely manner after each snow storm, but if you need to drive while the snow is still falling, or you are going up to higher elevations such as Rocky Mountain National Park where they tend to get more snow, it's a good idea to have it.

The house is decorated for the holidays with a Christmas tree and Christmas wreath. (Typically the week after Thanksgiving through New Year's Day).

Long weekend at RMNP

Most Magical Winter Vacation Home

WOW!!!, doesn't even describe this House, Location, and rental! This has been our favorite and best VRBO rental! We will definitely be back again. This house has everything you can possibly need! Sweet 16 Perfection

I took my daughter and 5 friends here for her Sweet 16 birthday. With the hot tub, game room, and games the girls filled the night with fun. The setting of the house was beautiful for a birthday photo shoot outside and the inside was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything you need stocked. I would gladly go back with a group of adult friends as the accomodations are perfect.

This house was the whole package

Such a beautiful house, clean, well managed, probably one of the best we've stayed in. Beds were comfortable. My husband and I stayed with a family of 4 and one other friend. Loved watching the elk and mule deer and at night watching the stars. We also asked for an extra night due to hurricane in Florida and we were able to stay. I can't say enough about this beautiful house and location.

Amazing Stay in a Beautiful Home!

I recently rented this stunning house and I couldn't have been happier with my experience! The home is absolutely beautiful. The outdoor space was just as lovely, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Communication with the host was fantastic. Beautiful house

The house was supplied with everything you could need. The games room was enjoyed very much including the board games and also the hot tub. The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend it to anyone. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond.

Paradise

This is the rare property that is actually better than the pictures or description. Everything is top notch-fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, clean bathrooms with great water pressure, etc… The views are incredible and yet just a short drive from RMNP. We were a group of 6 adults and everyone had plenty of room. Spent most of our time outside at the dining table. Would definitely stay here again!

One of my favorite things to do in the morning is to make myself a cup of coffee and watch the wildlife pass by.

This place is our favorite moutain getaway. We love to watch the wildlife passing by from the windows and the deck, and then stargaze from the hot tub and curl up by the fireplace at night.
