Great Location and Comfortable

We were very comfortable in this home. It had everything we needed. Our host gave us great restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood is safe and family oriented. I would not call it walkable. Still convenient to Coronado, the zoo, the cliffs, and whale watching. The only suggestion I would give is to have some kind of covering on the back door. We felt a little exposed as neighbors were outside and could see in.

Property was nicer than expected. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed during our time there. Beds were very comfortable. Entire experience was enjoyable. Host was quick to respond Highly recommend

August 26th thru August 30th

The home was very nice and smelled very fresh when we entered. All amenities available on site Best part was we ubered everywhere at a price of 10.00 and under everywhere we went. Zoo, Coronado island and full day on trolly We would definitely stay there again

This house was cute, clean, and comfortable for our short stay in San Diego. It is very close to downtown and the Balboa Park area.

Close to Everything

The house is close to beaches, convention center, Old Town, Sea Port Village and shopping. The house is nice and comfortable. The parking is not good. There is no space in front of the house to park. It is frustrating to park a block away.

Conference in the city

We stayed here for a work conference that was held at the San Diego Bayfront Hilton. 1.4 mile walk to the hotel, and well within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, or a quick Lyft pickup. Home was clean and had the necessities we needed for our stay.

The house itself is ok. The neighborhood isn't great. Didn't feel comfortable walking around. All parking is on the street and not always readily available near the house. Some issues with everything needed for stay.

Enjoyed our time

The property met our needs perfectly for two mature couples. We especially appreciated the bidet seat in the hallway bathroom and the record player and album of the band we came into town to see! Some suggestions: proper pillowcases and pillow protectors in the bedrooms. We ended up using spare pillows with only shams on them. More cups - there were only three. You might also put a two or three step folding ladder in the kitchen to be able to reach those high cabinets better. We had a great time, everything else worked well for us!

Perfect location for our trip

We needed to stay somewhere close to an event we were attending. Close to downtown, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shop. Plenty of space in the home. Will definitely be back again. Only would add we could've used more paper products during our stay such as napkins, additional toilet paper, and kleenex.

Close to everything.

The property is as good as described. From the house you can see the downtown, and are literally minutes from everything. Balboa park, coronado island, lax, old Town and more. The hosts responded quickly to any concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again.
