This beautiful bungalow has four-bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and has a view of the beautiful Lake Erie! Come any time of year and see breathtaking sunsets or enjoy s'mores around the campfire while enjoying the lake breeze.
This home is fully equipped (including linens) and ready for your relaxation. This home is perfect for families or groups of friends. The downstairs includes a dining room with views of the lake, a living room and a full galley-style kitchen. The first floor is completed by a large bedroom and a full bath.
Upstairs is a quiet retreat with three beautiful bedrooms - the master bedroom has a balcony facing the lake. The upstairs is completed with a full bath and a half. There is something wonderful about falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the water.
Rounding off the home is a beautifully converted 2-car garage into a Great Room with plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy a great dinner or board game. This becomes a main area for the children to play while the adults are relaxing and enjoying their time.
Many people come and seldom leave the lake. You can spend the day on the bank overlooking the lake or follow our walkway down to lake with access to the water. This home is perfect for quiet relaxation, reading, and doing nothing at all!
Ashtabula County is a haven for travelers looking for an affordable family vacation site. While relaxing at our home you must discover the harbor district of Ashtabula with quaint shops, Maritime and Underground Railroad Museums, and views of the Ashtabula Harbor Light. Also, nearby Geneva-on-the-Lake, features summer-time fun at this historic resort district, featuring amusement park rides, miniature golf, go-karts, waterslides, nostalgic diners, and more... Inland, discover the 19 covered bridges, both historic and new. Ashtabula County also produces over 65 percent of Ohio's grapes and has developed a hard-earned reputation for developing some outstanding domestic wines; sample them at our 32 wineries. And Cleveland is just an hour drive to the west to enjoy museums, baseball, and more great sights.

Why they chose this property
As partners, the Pearson's and the Trice's decided to purchase this property not to offer as a vacation rental property, but to someday build family homes on beautiful Lake Erie. In planning for some summer family lodging, we decided to offer up the property for others to enjoy the soft summer breezes and spectacular sunsets which occur all summer long.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique because it has been created to host our family during the summer, however we offer it to you and your family for you to also enjoy. This means that the decor and accommodations are prepared as our home not just any summer rental. You will enjoy all the amenities of home while at this summer retreat. Plenty of yard to play all the summer fun games and access to the water that will thrill the child in everyone!
