This old farmhouse, completely renovated, is a bright house with an open view of the vineyards so you can let go as soon as you arrive.
The 4000m² plot is designed for adults and children, with its swimming pool.

This 160m² house has been renovated with taste and quality, it is made up of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for 10 people.

The ground floor is composed as follows:
- A very well equipped open kitchen with a dining area for 10 people;
- A pleasant living room with Television;
- 1 double bedroom en suite with King size double bed (180), bathroom with bathtub and storage space;
- 1 independent toilet
- 1 laundry room with washing machine & dryer

Upstairs you will find 4 double bedrooms:
- 1 shared bathroom with double sink, shower and WC;
- 2 double bedrooms with Queen size double bed (160) and storage;
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140);
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and storage space;
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet accessible directly from the last two bedrooms.

For your little ones, you also have 2 travel cots, 1 changing table, 2 high chairs and 1 booster seat.

Outside, you can enjoy garden furniture and a dining area for 10 people, with gas plancha, by the heated swimming pool.
Deckchairs are also available.

You will be able to enjoy the visit of the Owl of Athena, a small stocky owl which comes at dusk or at night, and sometimes during the day when it hunts.

The swimming pool is open from April 25 for this year 2024 and will be heated depending on the weather conditions but in principle from the month of May (the date will be communicated to you upon your request).
