Our beautiful and modern 3 story building offers 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, 5.5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens areas, open living room, 1 huge dining room up 10 guests, covered garage for 2 cars, a beautiful outdoor space with a stone BBQ in the middle of our tropical garden next to a large pool. Our villa is completely private (not sharable), entirely enclosed and inspires the perfect family vacations you will need. In response to Covid-19 special protocols and sanitation measures are currently in effect.

We mixed the perfect balance between the relaxing nectar of the vibe that is breathed in Tulum combined with the adventure of its natural tourist sites very close to the villa.

::::::::The ground floor of The Villa invites you to a very cozy apartment with a terrace that leads you directly to the pool and the tropical garden.
This floor gives you access to a bedroom with its King bed, a very modern and full kitchen, a full bathroom, and a perfect dining room for breakfast or lunch.

Then you will have access to the first and the second floor of the property where we have
::::::::On the first floor: a sensational, bright and modern space for 6 people sleeping comfortably in 1 king bed on the first bedroom and 2 Queen beds on the second bedroom. Each room with its private bathroom, walking closet and first-class amenities.
Find a laundry station with washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast station with its granite countertop and high chairs, a luxurious dining room that invites all guests to share a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner with the family.

::::::::On the second floor: We accommodated 4 guests sleeping comfortably in 1 king bed in the third bedroom and 1 King bed in the fourth bedroom. These rooms also have their private bathroom, walking closet and first-class amenities.
You will find a second laundry room with washer and dryer as well, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast station with its granite countertop and high chairs, a comfortable living room with comfy sofas to watch TV and share beautiful moments with the family.

Both upper floors enjoy a privileged view of the garden and pool from the huge balconies with glass windows.
The best we have undoubtedly is our traditional stone BBQ in the pool area, it is simply the tropical, warm, and Caribbean touch that we wanted to give to our villa. This is the perfect meeting and gathering point for the whole family.

On the open roof, you can also enjoy the sunny days or the perfect morning yoga class.

The pool is simply beautiful, it is in the center of a tropical garden, which gives you the feeling of being lost for a few days in paradise. A perfect space for your Instagram photos, with sun loungers and beach towels perfectly arranged for you. Also in this area, we have a very traditional stone BBQ with a Spanish touch very easy to use for a perfect Sunday barbecue and a pool bathroom so you can avoid to go inside the villa or upstairs.

We have a terrace on the roof of the building with a solarium that will allow you to get an awesome tan or read a book enjoying the silence and the longest hours of sunshine in Mexico or simply enjoy a yoga class in the morning.

We have a concierge service available:
Mexican Chef or cook service ready to prepare typical Yucatecan dishes available for your stay. (check its cost and availability)
Shuttle service available from the airport to the Villa (check its cost and availability)
Approximate cost: $200usd round trip from Cancun to the villa (1 hour and 45 min distance) group of 6-8 guests per vehicle.

Professional makeup artists and stylists for special events or photo shoots productions.

All these amazing and professional people I just listed above is gathered after a lot of experiences and stories with all of our guests. They are the very best, super responsible, and friendly people I know.

We deliver the villa to all guests with towels, water, safe deposit box, 2 laundry rooms, cleaning supplies, among other amenities.

Tulum offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies in its downtown area, bars, magical tourist sites, unimaginable adventures in constant contact with nature, and the Mayan culture. I´ll send you a guide before your arrival with some of my favorite places around the villa and Tulum. Some honest recommendations. This is what I love the most, I´m very passionate about this part of the job and everything I can show you.
